Morning LOSTies. Itching again today and I have that sensation in my chest. Have my allergist appt at 9 AM. Can't take anything for the itching because it will interfere with the testing.

Jess - oh no, I am sorry to hear about the error in the magazine. But I would think the blame should NOT be passed on to you. It's not one of your regular duties, and Jackie was right, you were asked to proof, not exactly "fact check". I will keep my fingers crossed for you that it doesn't come back to bite you, because that just isn't right.
Jus - sorry you were having a carpy day yesterday! I hope today is better for you!
Rach - that cupcake thing is awesome! Although I fear how many cupcakes I would make and eat with that in my home. LOL!

I could seriously fall back asleep at my desk today. I had a rough night last night. I know I saw 1am and 233am. Plus I tossed and turned. I don't get it. I was SO tired when I went to bed last night.

SO glad that woman got voted off. She was so freakin irritating!!!
I am loving Jimmy Johnson. And I think his tribe would be foolish to vote him off just yet. No, he's not a huge physical asset, but they don't have too many of those on that team. He can offer great leadership and great pep talks that sometimes can matter as much to the spirit of a tribe as physical strength can.
Fabio just kills me. So dumb and so fun to watch.
Shannon seems like kind of an ***, but man is he nice to look at! I can't believe he's married with three kids. I would never have guessed that.
Between him, Chase, and Benry, there's some nice eye candy!
That stupid dance/chant that the younger tribe was doing was so awkward. I was practically watching through my fingers because it was so uncomfortable to watch. I love how Shannon and Chase were like "I'm way too cool for this nonsense."

Ok...this is a teeny tiny minor vent and in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter at all, but can I say that if I could, right now, I would never deal with the Postal System ever again!!!!
I'm sorry she was such a beyotch! I don't see what the harm is in you asking what you did. It's not your fault the bin wouldn't open for the postal machine, and you weren't taking more then 3 seconds away from the man at the counter. People suck!

Just got a text from Jane...she got a call from the PT Center and they had an opening the very next day, she threw stuff in a bag and took off...forgot her laptop! No cell service, so she tected me from off site, she will be home in a few days!

That's what my boss said. She told me not to worry about it, that yes, it would have been helpful if I'd caught it, but it wasn't my mistake and I wasn't the one ultimately responsible. She said she knows I take pride in my work and that's why I'm taking this so hard, but that I shouldn't give it another thought.

I don't understand why they were blurring it out. If they were fully hanging out, then fine. But I'm sure they were nicely tucked in at that point and it's not like we don't know what's in there!

I don't let the food nazi get me down. I do the best I can most of the time, and when I slip up I know I'll pay the price for it. I ate fast food for lunch yesterday and feel like a slug this morning. I knew it would happen, and I know she'll comment on it next week, but so be it. My choice. I enjoyed my chicken fingers on Texas Toast w/ cheese and BBQ sauce immensely, thank you very much!
I tried on a bunch of dresses for Caleb's wedding after my appt and bought one. The attire is "beach casual" and the weather will be unpredictable, so it's hard to say what I should buy/wear. This dress was on sale for $24, though, so I figured I couldn't go wrong with that, right?
Grabbed some lunch, wandered around Hobby Lobby and then went to the dentist. THought I'd cracked a tooth, but thankfully I haven't. I love that our dentist has walk-in hours. He checked it out and thinks that I've just been "beating up" my teeth by clenching and grinding and night (his words!!!! ). I haven't had trouble with TMJ since I was in college, but if it doesn't improve I may have to start wearing a night guard. I hope I don't, but if I do, I do. I was just tickled pink to hear that I hadn't cracked another tooth!
I'm glad you found a dress and that your tooth isn't cracked! I've been noticing that I've been clenching my jaw a lot lately and it's not good. Too much stress!

I figured out why at the beginning they all are in their undies and bras... (of course this may be a late thing for me and you all have caught on) LOL!
But they never tell them when they will be dropped off (hence the reason some of them end up dressed in shirts and ties). So when they drop them at the location, they don't have their "luggage" with them.
I think they get their stuff like the next day or by the time the challenge rolls around, because did you notice they all then had their swimsuits on?

Sorry you're itchy! I hope you get answers this morning and the testing isn't too miserable. I swear allergy testing is one of the most torturous things doctors ever do. All that itching and not being able to scratch! Horrible! Wish I was there to help keep your mind off of it! I'd bring picks of nearly naked Sawyer!
I wonder how Kris is doing and if they are having any crazy weather.
I've thought about that every morning this week when I watch the weather and see the latest hurricanes and tropical storms. Hopefully nothing is affecting their trip too badly!

Hey every once in a while, we gotta splurge a bit, or it just makes things that much harder, right? As long as you are good and watching yourself at other times, and you know some of the consequences, I don't see what chicken fingers on texas toast with cheese is a 'no-no'.

I've thought about this, too! I hope her cruise hasn't been affected. I know she was really worried about the weather. When is she supposed to be back? Anyone know?

Thanks Trace. At dr now. They did the allergy test on my back. Itch in some spots and others hurt. Feeling in chest is worse. They just came back in and said everything looked ok. Not showing a reaction to anything. Going to do more testing on my arms, more invasive
