Tell Grandpa Randy to be watching Sam's Club around February. I've had it on the absolute best authority they are releasing a new stuffed animal - bigger than the pillow pets but the same price.

We bought Adrian the pillow pet bumble bee for her birthday. She picked it out but didn't know she got it till the end of the week. She was running just ahead of us and plucked it out of the cage bin... "This one's going home with me!" and took off on the run LOL Needless to say, it took Grandpa all of about 2 min to realize what he was getting her for her birthday. We let her ride around in the cart with it til we were ready to check out. She sat on it and held the antanne like she was riding it.

Shell, I hope the meds work quickly. Test my foot... you've been in agony that should have been enough to want to offer you QUICK relief. But what do we know, huh?

Resting sounds good. I came home with a horrid headache. I think it's from the cold. I still need to walk out to the pond and check on Milk. He's the timid one of the two - go figure that's the one I'd be left with.

They had BBQ ribs as the special at the restaurant today so lunch was quick and easy. I made a trip out to storage and got the tub of indoor/outdoor lights just in case Bob can't fix this fuse when he gets home in time for us to have the tree relit for Adrian Thur. night. The old fashioned lights might just be the perfect thing for it anyway.

Made a stop at Dollar General for another Christmas photo box. Need to cover it to store my photo pocket keepers in. They're pics I don't necessarily want to scrapbook but want to hang on to.. Found fuzzy socks for Sue. She loves them and a couple more figurines for the small village.

Stopped at the grocery store. Cool Whip on sale again this week and he'd ordered my case in so grabbed that, had a boneless ham sliced and picked up ground beef. I'll make a meatloaf for Bob tomorrow night if he gets to come home on time. Turned part of it into 4 big burger patties for a fast meal a couple nights.

It was suppose to be oriental Tuesday but they didn't have the pork this week, just the s/s and General chickens so I passed on that. I have ravs left from last night to heat up later. I"m not going to starve LOL

Kel. good to talk to you...hope you rest and lett that head ache pass on by...

Shell, you too, hope you can rest ...

Maggie hope you had a good day...

Suzy, wondering how you are?

I am off to rest until Wally gets home from the dealership I am not sure what we will have for supper...I am still full from lunch...so he might get leftovers...the Hawaiian chicken was alright... not sure I would fix it again, unless he asks for it... I like just plain boiled or baked chicken better myself !

I've drank most of a cup of coffee, taken advil and stepped out into the cold (big mistake) to refresh the dog water and check on Milk. He's up and around so I can see he escaped injury. He listened while I talked to him. I thawed his water pan and gave him extra bedding since he won't have a sleeping buddy to snuggle with tonight.

Jaydin has the zebra and ladybug. She wants the unicorn, but I'm not thinking that she's going to get it any time soon.

We hadn't thought of buying these either but there is very little other than cars or sponge bob that excite her these days. She just looked so darn cute proclaiming it was going home with her and grinning from ear to ear.

Kitty couldn't understand why Sam's was waiting til Feb. to release these new critters til I explained to her they're thinking ahead for Valentine's Day and Easter.

Thank you. I think it has to do with the 'company' regulations on it. She was a nurse practioner and probably couldn't step outside of her bounds, ya know.?

I rested for a bit. Jaydin was watching the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

I got up and showed her a video that I saw last night on FB. It's' a YouTube video of an iBand. If you've not seen it, go watch. TOO cool. ALL ipods, ipads, and iphones used for the music.

I don't think I've seen the unicorn. I knew Adrian wouldn't like the lady bug cause she still sees all of them as the japanese beetles ... ewwwww But the bee did surprise be because she's still terrified of anything that buzzes.

I'll have to try and remember to check out the video when I have WiFi. It takes about 40 min for me to load a 2 min. video here at home.

I'm going downstairs for a bit. See if I can at least get the table cleared off. I'll check back after bit.

I'm not sure. But if they did, it won't really matter. By the time it comes back, I would be better with the pills, anyway.

The unicorn is pink and purple. I love it.

Since we call Jaydin "Jadybug," she just had to have the ladybug.

Okay... those pics are all filed, the new photo box is covered and the accordian file clutches tucked away. I've located all but one of my themed project packets. I have one that has all the Girl Scout stuff in it and one that is to do altered albums for my 2 sisters for St. Patty's day - including CD's of our favorite Irish Tenor from the 50's/ 60's. Haven't located the latter one yet.

I found a album from Pioneer today at the Dollar General. It holds 200 4x6 prints. So even if I have to trim an edge down, that gives me a start on what to do with all these cards.

I do have 1 3-ring binder I started 3 or 4 years ago. I have the cards from shoebox swaps in there. Each card has it's own page along with the instruction sheet that came with the project. It's full

I'm eating the leftover ravs and enjoying a glass of iced tea.
Day #2 without a soda and Day #2 without my sinuses driving me nuts or needing medication. I'd heard the sodium and caffeine aggravate them so we'll see. Just decaf iced tea and iced water for me today - except for 2 fluffy coffees

Oh, I grew up with 'farm life.' That doesn't make that type of thing easier for me, though.

And, if you need a good shot, I can take care of that for you .....

I've been working on Family Fun Day. I finally have a theme ... I hope. We'll see if I can pull it together.

Well, I'm going back downstairs for a bit. I have one more thing I'd like to finish tonight then I can start fresh tomorrow. In daylight I'll take a pic of the newly revamped stamp cabinet while I have a clear shot before the filing cabinets go in place. I'll check in before bed.

I made leftovers for supper tonight. Took some leftover turkey, leftover gravy and about 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies. Put them together in a baking dish. Warmed it in the oven until hot & bubbly. Then mixed up some Bisquick dough, dropped it onto the turkey mixture. Popped back in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. That was supper.

I've been home sick from work today. Wasn't feeling the best yesterday at work, then during the night my stomach pain got worse. Today was dealing with the big D. So just stayed home. Sorted out the gifts and have them grouped for wrapping. Might start that tomorrow night. Each person is getting one box, but with more than one gift inside. Saves on wrapping that way. I used to love to wrap presents, but now it seems like such a chore. Gift bags will be used nexted year.

Anyone got a suggestions on how to wrap a tricycle??
