*sigh* I should be cleaning my kitchen, or cleaning the stamp table or working on Christmas stuff. But.......... I just want to curl up in bed under the covers and watch trashy tv until I fall asleep.
I think I am fighting something, as I keep having to pop the pressure in my ears.

C anything I can color with Copics would be fabulous and most appreciated!

I don't know when I will get to unpack my craft supplies again since we may be in an apartment for at least 6 months if we can't find a house to rent.

I did keep my Copics and my 6x6 papers out of storage though.

There is a car parked in the building parking lot. It has been there, with the lights on, for at least an hour and a half. Either someone is up to something, or someone is going to have a very dead battery. It is hard to tell from the angle I can see it from, but I think it is in one of the visitor's spaces. Which means there would be no way to find out who it belongs to without going through the building and knocking on every single door. Yeah, not happening. Call me a nutbar, but I am not going to go knocking on anyone's door at this time of night looking for what could be anybody.

Hi Misse!! How are things?
Do you go to Google and hit the images button? I've been doing that lately when I get stuck and it really helps!

It's going pretty well here. Right now I'm looking on Pinterest for ideas although I have done the google image search before too.

Do how's the new house going?

We rented an apartment but it is going really well! We really like this place, have a nice view and it has everything we wanted for 1/2 the price! And it is snowing in the cities right now and it isn't up here!

evening- dinner at Cheddars with single people from church who live within a 5-7 mile radius (honestly all but one lives in about a 1-1.5 mile radius) of each other. We have neighbor nights and tonight we decided to dinner out. It was a lot of fun and good times (and I have lunch for tomorrow)

Hallo chickies! For the first time in almost two months I made it to stitching. It was nice to see peeps and get to just chat & stitch. I probably did more chatting than stitching, but that is ok. I am going to try to arrange things at work so I can go on a more regular basis.

It sounds like you got out of there just in time if they're getting snow already! Do you have a stamping room now that your boys are all out of the house?

I don't think I want to try skydiving, but I hope that when I reach that age, I have as much love & interest in life & doing "life" as this guy does.

I'm intrigued by the second PTI sneak peak for today. I don't really have many sentiments for the insides of cards.

Mine is just a casual group. It grew out of a group of regular customers to a local needlework store (which is no longer in existence) who started opening one evening a week exclusively for regular customers to come stitch. When the store closed, the group found a new place and kept going. I think the group as a whole is now on the fourth location, but they now meet twice a week - Tues. evenings and Wed. afternoons. Lots of the retired members attend both, but most of the members who work only attend Tues. evenings. Everyone brings their own project and we all just stitch & chat. Some members do stitch-alongs. Right now we are starting something new where a couple of members are teaching some methods of finishing Christmas ornaments over the next few weeks. One a week. Our is fairly large I think, but I know of others in other towns where it is just 4-10 people that gather in someone's home. Some groups are weekly, some bi-weekly, some monthly.
If you have a local needlework shop, inquire there.
There is also the official Stitcher's Guild of course. Some of the members of my group belong to that also. I have never attended, but generally most cities have them so I would imagine there would be one in your area also.
I like the casualness of mine.

Thanks Kelly! There is a store not too far from here, I will have to check in with them. If they have something it would be nice to go to especially in the winter!

I haven't ordered in a long while. I was going to order last month but one of the things that I wanted was out of stock so I never ordered. I have a gift certificate so I'm hoping to order this month if all of the items I want are in stock. I wish they'd come out with more CS colors. They haven't released a new color in a really long time.
