My feelings exactly. In fact, I read the comments under the hat. It says "Special Agents" on the back. And I gather the lettering is not the same as the official NCIS caps. So they are not the same.

I have to admit every time the NRA says we need to arm more people to keep us safer, I want to say why don't you idiots talk about building and maintaining skills for the people who already are armed. If people who are that highly trained can make a mistake like that in a very dire crisis, how many more bystanders or people who are driving the wrong truck would get hurt if people who don't maintain their equipment let alone their skills have an open license to fire at anyone?
They also shot up another truck, I forget who that was, delivery or something, didn't hit the guy. So they shot at basically three people they THOUGHT might have been a threat and only wounded one woman.

Trigger happy anyone? They're already going to get their butts sued.

I have to say, I like some, I don't like some. I like it when a young person matches their nails to their outfit. I always liked when DD would do alternating nails in different colors, or, say, red white and blue nails on a holiday. It was like a purse to her, another accessory.

Yeah, The State of the Union is going to bounce some things.

But at least we get to see that live. The Grammy's on the other hand - they are on there, right?

Not on til 8 here. STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPID.

Not that I watch - but even the Oscars finally got the memo. Do it live. It's a Sunday, we'll cope with watching TV earlier. DOH.

And hey they've had a Tiva (Tony/Ziva) marathon going on USA since 10 a.m.

They just killed Director Shepard.

Oh FUN!!!

I haven't had a pedi for years! The first one I had, I went all Scarlett O'Hara and said 'as God is my witness, I'll never cut my own toenails again.' Then I realized how fast $30/pop + tip added up.

I'd love to go with you! Especially given that it sounds like it's virtually a ritual for visiting friends!

See, that makes sense to me. That's having fun with it! Besides, I'm the chick with the periwinkle toes so it's not like I have much license to comment on odd colors.

I think I feel that way about piercings, too. I love it when people have interesting ones but I feel all squinky when people have so many it kind of hurts to think about looking at them. I get wanting to do it I just can't imagine going through that much pain to look cool.

Oh crikey--I've never seen that one all the way through.

I was busy eating a cheese enchilada with Debbie and her husband. I cut all the paper for Debbie's class Tues in return for dinner.

It's funny--we realized last week that tradition is almost 3 years old. When I was between jobs and ex was trying to figure out whether he wanted to stay married or not and I was borderline coming completely unglued Debbie told me to come stamp with her a couple of days a week between resume submissions, calls with recruiters and interviews. I offered to help her cut paper for her class one day to thank her and she offered me a deal, that if I'd cut paper for her classes she'd comp me goodies now and then. We had so much fun those few weeks that when I went back to work 7 weeks later we kept the deal up just for the sheer fun of hanging out every week.

I love it that something that started out as an act of kindness made our friendship so much deeper, and in those 3 years we've traded so many ideas on design and things to try. She likes to CASE, I like to design my own but between both approaches, we kept trading tips and asking, what if you tried this instead of that? Or put that element here or took this one out? We didn't just become better friends, we became better designers and stampers.

It's so much fun when something that cool comes out of that tough a time.

Pinkie Pie is the My Little Pony that I got my friend for her 40th. I've been BEGGING her husband (who is the stay at home dad that I hang out with most as he's the dad of the kids' best friend at school) to please please make Pinkie Pie her own Twitter account or INstagram and have her take pictures at really random places like eating waffles and doing laundry and at the gynocologist. Of course that cracked us all up so when I saw he was online on twitter I asked him what Pinkie Pie was up to and he replied with a picture "shhh she's in the little ponies room". The pic was of her on the toilet seat! I love them!
so she came to the party and wrestled with Kane, got smashed thru a table them they made up and she had cake and ice cream with him.

Just cos you are funny when grumpy doesn't mean you are not funny when not grumpy. That would be faulty logic!

And also, place is important. I remember not long after we moved out here, we went to a pizza place to order, at the counter, and the guy taking our order had a tongue piercing. I have to admit, it was not appetizing.

Hi Rainsong.

It's a Kenmore Ultra Wash 665.1374 or 1384 - I think those last 2 numbers just refer to the colour.

ERK..sorry to hear of your friend's father passing away. I must admit, it sure stings when I read that even though I wasn't that far along with my mother passed. I did lose DS1's twin on the same day as the burial, which also happens to be my wedding anniversary. Fun times. NOT! I sure hope she is able to make peace with saying goodbye and saying hello all at the same time.

Marge, I'm not much of a nail person. It seems like wasted money and effort to me most times. I am wearing nailpolish more often these days, but it takes so incredibly long to dry and I just rarely have that kind of time to sit still. I do keep my toes painted in the summer. I will wear just about any color, but am not a fan of blue or black. If I have acrylics, I prefer a square nail. My nails are naturally kind of square and flat anyway. I was sure not blessed with pretty hands or nails...AT ALL. My most recent color was gray. I sent V a pic of that one.

Well...its coming time for me to purchase a washer and dryer. Hate to do, but have to do it. Can anyone offer me suggestions? I'm open to all styles and brands. Features I'm most interested in...

Large Capacity
Price efficient
Few repairs
Energy Conservative

Hire a big man with lots of muscles for cheap to beat your clothes on a rock down by the riverside.

I am not interested in any bells and whistles...just want a large size. Unfortunately, you can't get a large capacity without a ton of nonsensical whistles.
