I'm not thinking a two year old would work out so well at a mini mingle.
Oh, absolutely not! I'm not one of those people who brings their kids everywhere (although I do understand it a bit better, being a SAHM), and God knows Mama needs her AWAY time! Heck, at this stage, there are days I run away as soon as my hubby gets home, even if I just drive to the park and read. Love her dearly, but ARRRGH!

DH called, said he found a stereo system he wanted and was buying it - wellllll ok.
He said he deserved it. HA!
Course, he called back and said he had a $10 coupon off a purchase at J C Penny's.
I told him, I was broke, and he said he would buy me something. I said good, I need new shoes. No shoes he said - well ^%#^%#$ Knowing him, he wants some bra that doesn't hold anything up - or in!

I am trying to figure out what projects to have for my October club/class. One thing I am doing is the 2 tag bookmark on a card. I need to figure out another technique or something.
And I'll check it later. I'm just getting ready to leave for the day. Have to be back at 5 to set up for FIL's surprise party. Is it good to surprise a 75-year old man?
Talk to you all later. Tonight's Minglers, be sure to have fun for me!

Oh puke. Why would you EVER put this on your blog "We know how hard it is to keep sexually pure, but we don't want to sour the blessing that God has given us" .... blech.

And with that, I have gone!
Ha, I just emailed you about that. Because I am a terrible person. But honestly, I think sex lives are private, not something to be discussed on a public blog. Good grief.

Oh wow. Someone email me that blog. Nosy wants to see.
Another nosy one here...
(And for the record, I have a Yahoo email. Starts with kellythelen04.)
My hubby, about three weeks after we started dating, informed me during a random conversation that, "A fall wedding would be nice." Uhhh... WHAT? I still tease him about that to this day. We dated for 10 months before we got married, then were engaged for over a year. Actually, our anniversary is 5 days after our 2 year dating anniversary. And I guess I still like him, so it wasn't too bad. I sometimes think the older you get, the quicker things move just because you know what you want and you don't need to play the games. But still, I'm not sure how fast I could rebound after losing my hubby. I mean, first I'd have to dig myself out from under all the dishes he was no longer doing and the garbage he wasn't taking out... that would take at least a few months!
