You'd think, Cathy! How's your weekend been? Did you do anything exciting?
We drove to Midland on Friday night and visited with David's mom. Not exciting. Yesterday we took a bike ride on the Pere Marquette rail trail in Midland. Then we came home and went to a friends party.
Today I'm going to work because there's a lot of things that need to be finished before my coworker gets on a plane tomorrow to head to a client meeting. I'm not happy that the best weather day of the week is going to be spent indoors. Blah.
Location: Stamping away in Minglerville (Freeland,MI)
Joyce-I hope you get to Meijer before the church crowd!
Cathy-boo on working on such a pleasant day.
Going to my dads today to get together w/family. My youngest brother is here from Arizona. It will be good to see him. His wife and her daughter came too but have to go back earlier than he does. I guess his wife got a new job and can't be gone as long as they had originally planned.
So glad the weather has cooled off!!!!
Hope everyone has a great day! BBL.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice!
Good morning. I'm working on soccer stuff. Some of the people that helped with registrations did not enter the fee correctly for the early registration discount. So now I am going in and trying to fix them all. 444 players and the majority of them were done wrong. I'm on the D's now.
Cathy, I'm sorry you have to stay in and work when the weather is so nice.
Joyce, Ben's side of the family?! Mercy.
Lisa H, while the kids have summer session things are so hectic some days I have to choose between showering and unloading the dishwasher.
I socialized with the neighbors. I just took cheese and crackers. There were so many people out there. There probably wasn't enough cobbler. L would have been a very sad boy if he didn't get any cobbler. It was relaxing and fun. My favorite neighbor was out, and we have missed eachother with opposite schedules the last month. It was noce to talk and not just wave as one of us shuffled kids in or out of the car. DH Skyped right as I walking out the door. That improved my mood.
Evening! Awfully peaceful on here tonight. Hope that means Em sold her house, Debra's J is sleeping peacefully, and the rest of y'all are having a gorgeous evening with loved ones!
We rented Identity Thief tonight. Not as funny as I thought, but pretty good. Love me some Jason Bateman! I will pretty much see anything he is in...Arrested Development is still my fave! ;0)
I actually am scheduled to work 19.5 hours this week, after two days last week were cancelled. Not holding my breath, but am happy to at least be scheduled that much. Prolly lots of the regulars are on vacation. Happy to fill in!
We had L's party on Friday. Her actual birthday is the 25th. They made these cool canvases with melting crayons on them. Really neat. Can't believe she is going to be 12 already...I swear, if my mother misses yet another birthday, I just might explode!

Very irritated with my brothers and my Dad.
We leave for camping on Thursday and brothers can't bother to confirm they remember they are taking Dad while we are gone (and responsible to get him to Dialyis) My bros GF posted on FB that she's working over 40 hrs this week (she usually works 2 days, maybe 10-12 hours). She is bro's RIDE to work... So I'm very nervous with her working extra, and Bro Not able to drve himself... Dad is going to be forgotten.
Shari we watched Identity Thief tonight too (well, now it's technically "last night")
I wasn't expecting a serious ending.
