On a slightly more expensive note, I picked up that new Iris portable 12 x 12 storage for paper with the handle and the file folders. The unit itself and the packages of file folders were all 40% off. I got the unit itself for $16.99 I think (instead of $27.99) and the file folders are 3 in a pack...I think I ended up spending $4 something on those, so not too bad. Hopefully, this will allow me to see my paper much clearer with more room, instead of crammed into the pocket folders I have now.

I love Meijer, but only early in the day when there are few shoppers. I like to "saunter" down the aisles and tend to park in the middle when I see something bright and shiny.

I have spent enough of my time budget here already. I'll stop by later. No word from my potential boss but she may not even have come back today for all I know, I wouldn't have. I'll keep checking my e-mail. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

Hope this stamper isn't a friend of anybody here. I find this stamp offensive. Am I being too sensitive?

No, you are not too sensitive. It is very offensive.

I'm lucky, Ralph typically does the grocery shopping. Otherwise, I prefer to be in and out too.

Meijer is right down the street from my work, so I usually stop in there after work. If I hurry I can beat the after work rush.

Lisa - That stamp is raunchy. If you gave it to your Dh, it might be okay. I don't want to look at that in the gallery.

I can't remember a darn thing I was going to say. Kids are home. BBL

What's your favorite ice cream flavor, Karen? There are very few flavors that I don't like.

Braum's Butter Brickle if I can get it.

If not, blue Bell Homemade Vanilla covered in carmel sauce and whipped cream will work

Here is a good one for ya.....

I took last friday off, to take DS shopping for school etc. The boss' daughter (my boss) said - why don't you just order them on line and have them shipped to you?

DUH - he has to TRY THEM ON to see if they fit.

"just ship them back if they don't, that's what I do for the boys and DH"

Right - her boys are 5, 3 and 1

YOU CAN'T DO THAT WITH A 200 LB + 16 YEAR OLD!!!

Usually I only order clothes online if I know the brand and how it fits me. Too much of a hassle otherwise.

Umm. It's none of her business what you do when you take a day off. She may be willing to go through the hassle of returning the items but shouldn't expect that everyone is.

I ordered shirts on Amazon many years ago and they didn't fit right. All were too small...even though I ordered big based on the reviews! Needless to say they all got donated because I couldn't return them! I've not bought any clothes online since.

Karen - You had to bring up Braum's! I wonder how the kids would feel about a road trip. We could just go to Missouri and skip the grandparents fighting over us. LOL Hey, pick me up a case of Shiner Bock when you stop on the way home. That should help me forget about Braum's.

I buy clothes online all the time. Most of the time. Only from a couple places though. I know Lands End and Eddie Bauer fit me well. I know that LL Bean does not.
