On a slightly more expensive note, I picked up that new Iris portable 12 x 12 storage for paper with the handle and the file folders. The unit itself and the packages of file folders were all 40% off. I got the unit itself for $16.99 I think (instead of $27.99) and the file folders are 3 in a pack...I think I ended up spending $4 something on those, so not too bad. Hopefully, this will allow me to see my paper much clearer with more room, instead of crammed into the pocket folders I have now.

I'm a GLEEK!
I love Meijer, but only early in the day when there are few shoppers. I like to "saunter" down the aisles and tend to park in the middle when I see something bright and shiny.

I have spent enough of my time budget here already. I'll stop by later. No word from my potential boss but she may not even have come back today for all I know, I wouldn't have. I'll keep checking my e-mail. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

I'm just the opposite. Kamakazi shopper here. Swoop in and out. Get outta my way!
While my Dh, would love that nurse (on the card) I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!
too much ewww for me
I have to stop at the store on the way home, but I will jsut stop at the local store a few blocks from the house. Milk, juice, ham. meat, lunch meat, and some food for DS this week. DH was gonna do it, but he wanted something in return to do it - you know what. But I am TIRED - what does he not get??????? men.
I took last friday off, to take DS shopping for school etc. The boss' daughter (my boss) said - why don't you just order them on line and have them shipped to you?
DUH - he has to TRY THEM ON to see if they fit.
"just ship them back if they don't, that's what I do for the boys and DH"

Right - her boys are 5, 3 and 1
YOU CAN'T DO THAT WITH A 200 LB + 16 YEAR OLD!!!
Umm. It's none of her business what you do when you take a day off. She may be willing to go through the hassle of returning the items but shouldn't expect that everyone is.

Usually I only order clothes online if I know the brand and how it fits me. Too much of a hassle otherwise.
I ordered shirts on Amazon many years ago and they didn't fit right. All were too small...even though I ordered big based on the reviews! Needless to say they all got donated because I couldn't return them! I've not bought any clothes online since.

Karen - You had to bring up Braum's! I wonder how the kids would feel about a road trip. We could just go to Missouri and skip the grandparents fighting over us. LOL Hey, pick me up a case of Shiner Bock when you stop on the way home. That should help me forget about Braum's.
I buy clothes online all the time. Most of the time. Only from a couple places though. I know Lands End and Eddie Bauer fit me well. I know that LL Bean does not.

I think you can get Shiner Bock here in Michigan. We had some at a party at my brother's house last month.
