Wow, Patty is on a ROLL! Way to go!
OK, first job of the day was getting Shari and Karen on the birthday list. It's sad, there are a ton of people on there who don't come and chat with us any longer. I wonder if they will reply and ask to be removed from the list?
DH suggested I leave my current job and take some time to refresh. So tempting. I love my co workers though. If I do take him up on that, I think I will do bigshot classes and stamp a stacks, etc. So far, I like spending money more than I need to quit.

I'm pretty inconsistent on Mingler birthday cards and absolutely don't send to folks that aren't here, except Sylvia. I have a few more to send this week. So far, no store bought this month.
I forgot to mention MICKI, THANKS SOOOO MUCH FOR THE HAPPY MAIL!!!!!!!! YOU ARE AWESOME. Your card will now share in the place of honor I've got DM's card in. I'm putting a bulletin board up in my craft room so I can look at them everyday.

Good morning! I worked late the last two nights but I'm happy to report I'm all caught up!!
I sold the last of my retired ink and cardstock!!
Received 20 rolls of lovely SU! ribbon last night
And already have 8 people signed up for my September Big Shot Class!!!
Perhaps I can get my butt into stamping something now....
But first I have to put in the eight hours they pay me for....
Yay for you!
And I don't think I ever told you how wonderful it was to meet you IRL! It's funny actually hearing people's voices. Not that you have a funny voice, cause you don't. I'm just sayin'...

That's so nice that Paul is concerned about you and wants you to be happy. I like that in a man.
Old reference. I hang my pillowcases on the towel bars in the laundry room to line dry. I'm too lazy and don't have room to do my sheets. I do hang dry lots of my clothes. DH put a pole in the laundry room for them. I could use skirt hangers for my cases if I remember to get some. The dryer doesn't leave them feeling fresh and crisp. TMI, though I certainly enjoyed knowing that Pony is related to a Walmart greeter. The thread would move pretty slowly without minutia.

Yeah, what Joyce is saying!
I have to jump in the shower, my class starts soon.
It will be great if Shari makes it over with Schnauzer Lisa (to the sale) ... Shari will find it much easier to chat when she's met people .... you're right about that Joyce.
Now, how do we get Karen up here????? If I win the lottery I'll fly her up for the mingle
Yay for you!

I know! Now I hear people's voices in my head when I am reading their posts.
Lorien, I've got a grumpy 12 yr old, I'll trade for your grumpy 4 yr old! My 4 yr old is still sleeping! He's been sleeping A LOT lately! Must mean another growing spurt!
My dear A is going to be 13 in 7 days! Less than a week left before I'm the mom of a teenager! That makes me sad! They grow too fast!
Good morning Pony! I am seeing those ads you were talking about last night. The one I had today has a picture of a quilt with weird links (not quilt related) next to it.
Lost my mouse for a minute there. I changed the batteries. Phew. Almost thought I'd have to go shower and get productive for a minute there, speaking of smelling like Schwarma. That did look yummy, like a taco. I still want to make machaca. The list is long, the meals at home too short.

I'll avoid a comment about voices in our heads!
Yesterday, at the village, there was a couple of English ladies gathering their children to go to the Loo! It was so sweet! Hearing them, made me miss Emma!
I don't think that really had anything to do with the quote, but it reminded me of hearing voices.
Morning. Today we at least have internet connnectivity (for now) but Outlook is another story. Sigh. It makes it difficult to do my job when our tools don't work.
It's started out as a stellar day. Note the sarcasm. I'm so happy to be here....NOT! I think it's time to change my name again.

Congrats to Patty for selling out and filling classes. Joyce!!! Congrats on selling your cards. My friend offered a card rack spot at her hair salon but that would mean I'd have to make cards to sell them. Maybe after the craft room overhaul. I will, theoretically, have an area set to go so I don't have to pull out everything I need and put it away after. Perhaps I'll get more cards made then.
I'm finally caught up, guess I really need to shower and get productive. I have a resume to send out! The job won't be for a long time if I get it but it never hurts to have something to look forward to. Like Jill looking forward to hanging out with her BF Marvin. Note to Karen, that means unemployment in MI. It took me a while to figure out why she kept wanting to spend time with him. The upside of working in a Christmas store, they lay her off yearly.

My boss just sent out an email saying that Weiner dogs need our help. Ha ha. There are a bunch of them in Livingston Co. for some reason. They must have rescued a bunch of weiner dogs.
I hear voices at work. The loudest one wins at the end of the day. Kind of like the devil and angel on your shoulder. Kidding. And I don't really have a tapeworm either. Don't turn me in to the psycho police.

Yeah Marvin is the guy you have to call when you are on unemployment.
Quote:
Who is MARVIN?
The staff of the Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA) would like to introduce MARVIN. MARVIN got his name from the acronym for the M ichigan's A utomated R esponse V oice I nteractive N etwork, a system that allows you to communicate with the UIA's computer by using a touch-tone or a push-button telephone with a tone/pulse switch (the switch must be set at "Tone"). Rotary or pulse telephones cannot interact with MARVIN. MARVIN uses digitized human speech to provide you with step-by-step instructions and information regarding your claim.
In his short time here, MARVIN, as he is affectionately called by the staff and customers of the UIA, has become a household name in Michigan. MARVIN has been quickly accepted by both the staff and customers of the UIA as a friendly, fast, and efficient means for the UIA to deliver services.
Sorry, weiner dogs are the one variety I don't care for. Not that DH is game for any dog anyway. I don't even want a fish at this point. We used to have a fish at work. He got very sick and one gal put him down the hopper. They called me that day to tell me the bad news because I always talked to him and cleaned his bowl. Poor little thing.
