One more very important thing I want to say.............Thank you to the best organizers I have ever had the opportunity to know.
Patty, Lorien and Tracy---the magnificent Terrific Trio--------you have always done such a wonderful job with the Mingles.
I too, am sad about this being the last.............but completely understand the stress and time it takes to put together such a wonderful weekend....
You should be proud of yourselves for 5 of the best get togethers I have attended.
Well actually it's going to be two important things.......
Thanks for the votes for the Tacky Tourist nomination.....and for one of the card challenges wins.........
Well now it's going to be three very important items:
Debra and Jayne............thanks for being such great roomies and for inviting me to room with you..........I enjoyed getting to know you better.
I never even finished reading back, thought I'd jump ahead and say good morning before I head into work. Yes, I did take today off, but I decided to go in. I don't have that much vacation time left.
I came home to a filthy house, a hungry cat, and an absent husband. Ben is on call and he was at work ALL weekend. He left me a message about 9:30 last night saying he was going to be there a lot longer. I never heard him come home. So anyway, I needed to do a little housework when I got home yesterday. I wasn't going to, but I sat down after unloading my car and I couldn't stand it, I had to get back up and grab the vacuum.
Emma, thanks for starting the thread!
And you guys left out the best part of the Yvonne story! She grabbed the microphone and told the story! People were hijacking that microphone all weekend and it was FUNNY!
What a chatty bunch! Lol. I was fried yesterday, but I'm feeling much more rested today. Hubby cleaned while I was gone, and actually let me loaf around all day yesterday snuggling the kids, THEN he made me a steak dinner. Wow. I wasn't expecting all that, and I'm feeling pretty darn appreciative

Good morning! This is my second get up. I had to take my dad to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. Our airport isn't that far and I just needed to drop him off. Came back home to bed and didn't set the alarm because I am taking J for new shoes at the bootery today.
