I actually went to bed with the idea of sleeping 8 hours but just then a massive cell rolled through. I'm sure I slept 7 which is considerably more than the night before. Maybe tonight.
Hahaha, I got pulled over yesterday on the way to work. I was speeding through downtown, which I rarely do, but I was running late and a 25mph speed limit was not going to help. He was very nice, just a warning I will heed. I shouldn't have sat down before I left and will have to be more mindful of the clock. So ironic, I thought of slowing down and figured it would irritate the guy behind me (it was dark) so didn't. I was very thankful and will not do that again. He did keep me waiting about 5 minutes which I did not mind. I thanked him and told him I appreciated it since I did deserve it but rarely speed. The whole time I was thinking rats, there goes all the money I was going to make at work. I will be observing the speed limit today and watching the clock! The funny thing is, I wouldn't have minded a ticket because I did deserve it.
On that note, I'm off to get ready a bit earlier than usual.

Morning, running late.
I will make sure I don't speed!!! Lucky girl, Lisa. Glad he liked the nurses outfit
Thank you Joyce. I know you get it. I must make a conscious decision to dwell on the good aspects of this job. Like, there's a kettle so I can make tea!!!! Ha. I don't want my.time in Minglerville to be witchy and biney
I kind of think this way; for 8 hours my boss owns me. I do what he tells me to do whether it makes sense or not, whether I like it not. In return he gives me money. haha. For the most part I do like my job, but there are times...this week has been a trial.
Yes, but Joyce you are such a nice person. I, on the other hand am not. I used to like my job. When the patients weren't such jerks and demanding. I am not exaggerating either. The things some of them demand (not ask) for are amazing. I have worked in Medical offices for 18 years and this, by far, has the worst patients.
I need to find that duct tape. Seriously. The world would thank me for it today.....

Is it wrong to be fantasizing about my pillow already?
Two of my co-workers will be gone today, leaving me with my "helpful" boss. I'm hoping he finds something important to do away from me. He means well, but I could get 3 times as much done if he wasn't "helping" me. lol!
Is today whine about work day? Or was that yesterday? If it was yesterday I was too busy to partake.
