Patty that sounds yummy. I went downstairs to drop off my new goodies and couldnt believe my eyes. Its a total MESS down there. Someone needs to call the cleaning fairies to clean up that mess.

Since we've been watching my sugar we've seen a direct tie in with my hot flashes, down moods, and headaches. With the family history of diabetes on both sides of my family it's just been a wake up call to really watch what and when I eat.
