I think poor Randy is already showing "stress" over me being gone next weekend. Moody, moody, moody. That and his back is bothering him. But, I don't blame him, I am amazing and I would miss me too. hahahahahahahahahaha!

I'm working, but might take the afternoon off. Joyce has dinner set for 6, but she's taking the day off, so I bet people would be around whenever you arrived....

Just made some yummy lunch...fried egg sandwiches with bacon! Man, I'm good!
Going to get my $40 rebate ready for the new Keurig machine. Found some great Vue cups on Amazon. I've got a $25 card from my birthday, plus DH is going to sign us up for Amazon prime and cancel Netflix.
The pics of Strider and Sarah are fantastic! So excited for all of you. I think Molly will start to love him in no time! Who wouldn't? ;0)

Wow, I'm exhausted!
Went up to Carole's ... she got straight on the 'phone to get Theresa round ... they got pretty choked up about how much like his Daddy he is. They loved him, Carole said he's a GREAT dog and she was all techy about his hocks and hock and stiffle. I didn't know what she was talking about, but apparently it was good. His head isn't as good as Rhaegar's (from a show point of view) but his rear is better so all in all, they have high hopes for him. Sarah said she didn't really care, she loves him and that's all that matters. Good girl.
Going to download some pics and then I'd better get mum's room ready. Less than 24 hrs to go. yay!
Emma, Strider is beautiful! I'm so glad that Sarah agreed to have him. He will be well loved, not only by her but by all of you.
Patty, I hope you feel better soon. All the weather changes going on, no wonder you're not feeling good. Same thing goes for Nikki and Dawnie too. Hopefully their migraines stay away.

Been a busy week. Between the funeral and having to get beets off, I'm missing my regular routine.
The weather has been quite bothersome too. Out of 170 acres of beets were were able to get 55 off before the showing and funeral. Dan is out there today getting started in a new field. Hopefully they get a good dent in them. Tomorrow is my day off and I will be in the field all day. Maybe Tues too, but not sure yet. We keep getting lake effect snow and rain, so it's making for messy fields and roads.
Was at the farm house today. Had to change the door knob on the main door as it wasn't latching when it got shut. Since Sue is the only one there, when she leaves the house needs to be locked.
I went into Pops' bedroom, his hospital bed was picked up, so it was weird to see the room with no bed. Then I went into the living room where his auto lift chair is, and he's not there. Right now, it just feels like he's outside, and not completely gone.
Called and talked to my sis today.Told her I would like for her to come up one day while we're in the beet field. That way she can ride around in the tractor with me. She said to let her know when, and she'll come my way.
Usually I hate beet time, now I'm just sad. Pops showed me how to "top" sugar beets, maybe that's why I'm feeling this way.
Hey Kim! So glad you were able to pop in! Please, please, please take care of yourself. I know you know that you are in all of our thoughts and prayers. I think this has been a bad year for funerals for all of us, so we know how you are feeling. Let us know if you need ANYTHING.
