Sounds like nap day for Debra. I'm off to eat, get dressed, and get myself in my room to accomplish some Christmas stuff. I'm hoping to be done by Thanksgiving since I won't make it before Halloween this year.

morning, slept good but for some reason I ache everywhere! Chillin with my java right now, then I need to go to dad's for a little bit, then the rest of the day is mine. Wonder if I'll feel crafty or more nappy (in both definitions of the word)

Saying a prayer for Robin when the storm hits. Glad she is on high ground. Hope Sandy is a lot less impressive than forecasted. Princess is south of the affected areas.

Eugene Booms of Harbor Beach, passed away last night with family by his side. He was a loving father and friend. A loving father to his 5 children; Bern, Margie, Dan, Andy, & Joanie, and his sons and daughters-in-laws He was a retired farmer, who worked on the farm way past his retirement. He loved being outside, either with the cattle or sitting on one of the tractors. In his spare time he cut wood for use on the farm and also for people at the local camp ground.
In the last few years he suffered with many health problems. We are greatful that he is no longer in pain, and able to breathe in the fresh air, he was unable to do at the end.
Funeral arrangements have not been made yet, but will take place at Ramsey Funeral Home, Harbor Beach.
Please keep us in your prayers.
Thank you all of my wonderful friends here, I know we have been on the "prayer wheel" all week. I realize I'm outta the loop here, but will get caught up when I can. Hugs & prayers to all of you! I miss you all, as you are in my heart, and keep me warm when I get low.
He was a great man. He taught this city girl how to drive tractor, haul cattle and pick stones. We had great conversations and interesting trips to and from his many appointments, that always end with me getting him a candy bar on way home. He will be dearly missed.
We just had our neighborhood set of 3 deer come up to our backyard. Our townhouse buts up to a beautiful wooded area...they were searching for something to eat.

A is super sad today because none of her friends are available to hang out. So, we're going to drop L off at her study date and then take A to go see Frankenweenie. Think she'll enjoy that. I hope!

Didnt sleep well and got a bounce back migraine last night! Also had tummy issues, glad thats over!
I am hoping to get to the mom cave! Its a goo place to hide since hubby is on a war path! Getting pi$$y because he thought I was going to break down and do the pool when he didnt! I usually do this.... Can only stand to look at it for so long! Not this time! Lol
