Oh my gosh, I forgot to get that out of my mailbox last night!
Hate to post and run. Heading out. Deer season means my friends' meat shop is very, very busy (they do venison grinds and packaging), so I am headed up there to vacuum seal venison for a couple of hours. Helps them out and gives me a chance to visit with them during a busy time.

I hope Carter got on the bus. I didn't hang out until he got out of school.
I ended up reading to a bunch of classes. Then escorting them to the library where they got to pick out a free book.

I want to get back into using MDS. We have our desktop back in working order, but it doesn't have wireless so it isn't currently connected to the internet. Also, I don't think it really has the memory needed to run MDS properly. Corey's laptop has his CAD stuff loaded on it, so I don't think it could handle MDS either. I need my own laptop. Ha! Just wishfull thinking at this point.
We have one DH is talking about getting rid of. It was mine, then ppb used it. He took everything off of it and wants to find a home for it. It's a pentium 3 processor so should be able to handle MDS, right? It's an 8 year old Toshiba that was high end when we bought it. Ancient by computer standards but the price is right Interested? I'll be driving by your area soon and could drop it off.
Still reading back... Work was nice today. I'm off until Wednesday.

I hope it's only an ear infection! Yikes. I babysat a boy that woke up screaming at the top of his lungs for what seemed like hours when he had an ear infection. I hope he outgrew that.

Seriously though I'd be interested it anyone finds any good deals on laptops. Like Lorien I want to be able to put MDS 2 on a laptop to take with me to classes and such. I need to find out how much memory and graphics you need for MDS 2, I know we had to upgrade our desktop graphics because there wasn't enough for MDS 1.
Robin, I hope the ear infection goes away quickly. I had to take Ben in today for a sinus infection, the second one in two months. I hope this isn't going to be a pattern for the rest of the season.
