OMG. Look at what this one guy wrote in his PoF profile!
I like to hang out with friends and family. Going camping and being outdoors. Im just tired of the bar sceen and just would like to meet some one that's cool,kind and likes to hangout and have fun. Love makeing people laugh and im kind hearted , careing guy.I dont play games or cheat thats bull sh*t stuff. Im up front and i keep it real 100%, I'll give u the shirt of my back intill u **** me over then i wash my hands with u.I work hard and play even harder. My music is from Slipknot,Korn,Pantera,CCR,Zak Brown Band and anything that rocks and some rap,r&b.I CAN'T DRIVE B/C I FELL BEHIND ON MY CHILD SUPPORT BUT I STILL PAY IT AND TRYING TO GET IT BACK. IM JUST KEEPING IT REAL LADYS. 100% REAL. SO IF U WANT TO STILL WANT TO GET TO ME DROP A LINE AND IF U DON'T I UNDERSTAND. WELL TY FOR TIME AND HAVE A GREAT DAY. PEACE OUT!!!!
LOL...Baked Potatoes, peeled, mashed together with steamed Brocolli, Shredded Cheese, Butter, salt and pepper, then baked again ina casserole dish...so basically Twice Baked Potatoes but not all fancy stuck back inthe skin (because I use Red potatoes and the skins don't survive)

I'm looking for my inner athlete, but I'm afraid I may have eaten her.
Went to library only to find out they didn't open until 10:00, so I drove 15 minutes to BB&B near mall. Found my soap dispenser that I had been waiting until I had a coupon to get, go to the register and it is on sale now and under $15 so I can't use the coupon. Have a 20% coupon at home that I could use, so I decided to wait and use that coupon instead, so didn't get soap dispenser. Then go to Mall to Gap where I wanted to try on a cute dress I had seen. Didn't have any in my size. so I came home. Gonna leave in a 1/2 hour to go to another BB&B on the way to Glenn's office so I can use the 20% coupon and then meet Glenn for lunch.

I work in the university's advancement division, which deals with fundraising, alumni events, etc. My job specifically is constituent relations, which includes:
- thank you letters from the president for high level gifts
- reports to donors about funds they've established (scholarships, for example)
- being a liaison between financial aid and finance when we're setting up new accounts and awarding funds
- working with finance and our major gift officers to manage donations of stock
- maintaining background info on all of our endowed and current use funds
- overseeing and producing the annual honor roll of donors
- anything else that doesn't fit in other departments and gets dumped on me
Now see, I have a rule...I don't ever use FML. It's just not right. I started telling people who used that to change it to FM"D" (D is for day). That is acceptable.
Just sayin'.Because it was like my pet peeve when people (mostly my sister in law and cousins using FML). I mean, come on. Your life is not over if your puppy peed on a rug and you have to clean it. LOL!

Believe it or not, I think at Porcha one pot of coffee per day is all that was made! Maybe a second one that I missed, but there wasn't a ton of coffee drinking going on!
I made a second one once I think...we drank less coffee because there was so much Booze
Kris, you are going to Jamaica, right? You MUST MUST MUST buy some PURE Blue Mountain Coffee beans while you are there. The BEST BEST BEST coffee on the freakin planet!!!
I would argue that Pure 100% Kona Plantation Coffee is the best, but then, I haven't had the stuff from Jamaica
That's ridiculous. Insane, actually. For our wedding to save money for my sisters (who were 22 and 25 at the time) we bought the fabric and a pattern and had a seamstress make the dresses. She was a friend of my mom's so she didn't charge us as much. We did a morning wedding to save money on the reception (many places charge less earlier in the day). I'm not sure what people are thinking. I bought my dress from one of those sales where the brides rush in and grab dresses. It was 50% off.
Yes. You only get one wedding day. This is true. But, you can lose friends over your selfish need to be a princess for a day. And, the debt you incur could last for years. People are stupid.

We got really lucky with my bridesmaids dresses. My mom found a whole bunch on sale for $40 each. They were the color and style that we were wanting. She just bought them for everyone. The sizes were off, so the girls had to spend a good bit on alterations, but that's it. The shoes were $15, and I gave them purses made out of the dress fabric as their gifts.

- Run from one end of Penfield to the opposite end of Jennings and back (these are two beaches that are next to each other - right now I can only run about halfway to one end)
- Be able to do 20 real pushups in a row (I can only do 2 right now)

- Do a good deed at least once a week
I am slightly worried about not having enough funds to complete everything. Especially when one of my items is "reduce my debt by 50%"!
These will all cost varying amounts of money:
Get a Brazilian wax
Reduce debt by 50% (excluding mortgage)
Plant flowers on balcony
Visit a state I've never been to
Throw myself a birthday party
Do something different with my hair
Try 30 new recipes
Go kayaking
Do karaoke
Try 20 new beers
Go to the Mystic Aquarium
Go to a game at a ballpark or stadium that I've never been to
Use my passport (Niagara Falls?)
Try a new cuisine I've never had (Ethiopian?)
Go to a strip club
Go to a wine tasting
Visit McSorley's
Shoot a gun
Go to Harry Potter Theme Park
I think you can do it!!! The beers you can just sub into Happy Hour...shooting at a shooting range isn't much (or maybe you can have someone take you out somewhere that owns one,) Brazillian $75-ish, Hair could be cheap-ish if you don't go Wild, strip club is 2 drinks and a few extra dollar bills
I have a check engine light that comes on when it’s very warm out and goes off when the weather cools down.
I don’t know what that means but a check engine light is automatic fail.
He didn’t have time to investigate further but he thinks it’s not serious. He said I have a vacuum problem where air is being sucked in and that could just be a hose w/ a leak in it.
Ok so now I go in next Thu to see exactly what it is and how much that will cost.
If it’s too much we’ll be considering other alternatives.
We just put $ into it and if the new problem is overly costly we'll be buying something new.

I have to keep a food diary everyday and I know she's not going to be happy with me when I see her on Thursday. I have no regrets, though. Jane was here and I wanted her to experience all that she could. I couldn't exactly take her to Sonic and then not eat there myself, now could I? So I've eaten out a lot this past week, and I've eaten some things here at home that I shouldn't, but I'm not going to throw out things that I already have.
I need to do some online research for wheat and corn substitutes. I really need to find some snack items, since all crackers, popcorn, granola bars (due to the sugar), and most fruits (sugar) are out.
If I sprout long ears and a fluffy cotton tail will y'all still luff me?

My co-workers had a birthday breakfast for me since I'm off tomorrow. Quiches and scones and croissants. Mmmm!
And one of them got me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers - white roses, pink daisies, and some other things I don't know the name of. My office smells so nice!
