I'm thinking Mexican for lunch. There's a yummy place close to the DL office that we like. Free cheese sauce (not quite queso) and they season their chips so yummy!!
Yummy IS the word today!

The rain has slowed to a sprinkle for now. Several low spots were flooding. Doesn't stop drivers from being whack though. Ijits!

have I mentioned what an ***** my dh is???
calls to remind me to make an appointment for Brandon to go to Dr to get the wart removed from his finger and for his yearly checkup. Wants me to make a Dr appt Thursday. Hello it's Rosh Hashanah, a religious holiday!!! He replies, "So, we don't do anything in the afternoon after services". I replied that just because his family doesn't observe the holiday (his mother was so proud to tell us she plans on working Thursday and Friday) doesn't mean that we don't and I am not making an appointment for him to go to Dr on Rosh Hashanah. He replies, "So when do we have time to go?" *****HOLE!!!

It's neat that you had so many things to celebrate!

I"m still here.
I was thinking everyone left me a while ago.
How do 3 pages go by when I'm not around but when I am around it dies?
A girl could get a complex!

I don't like it when people walk around the store for a bit...finally purchase something and then proceed to walk around with their bag and "shop" some more.
Sometimes people are waiting on friends but it makes me nervous when they walk around again w/ their bag!

I made it with ground turkey since I had it, but it's probably better with chicken.
Oh, and I used one less can of chicken broth than it calls for.

Oy. If it's a holiday YOU observe then it's not a day for an appointment.

That's what I was wondering. Honestly, a wart can wait right? Not to sound trite about it but if it's one of your holy days you want to respect that.

I'm really hungry but I don't want what I have to eat.
There's little lunchy stuff for me in the house so I grabbed one of those pasta meals.
The kind where it steams...eh, I don't know.
Funny how it's ok for Tom to eat but I don't want them.
