I'm thinking Mexican for lunch. There's a yummy place close to the DL office that we like. Free cheese sauce (not quite queso) and they season their chips so yummy!!

I made it with ground turkey since I had it, but it's probably better with chicken.
Oh, and I used one less can of chicken broth than it calls for.
