You haven't called him yet? I'm a dork, I would have
Brady just put himself in time out, should I be concerned?
LOL! That's funny!
Similar story: Our babysitter was familiar with DH's and my time out policy for our boys (1 minute for each year of their age) and our boys knew she was allowed to put them in time out for misbehavior. She had to put our younger son in time out soon after his 5th birthday. Without thinking about the birthday, she reminded him that she was setting the timer for 4 minutes.
He told her, "HA! I had a birthday! I'm FIVE now!"
I don't know how she managed to keep a straight face about it, but she calmly replied, "Well then, I'll set the timer for FIVE minutes."
