I haven't talked to her at all yet! Her stinkin cell phone battery isn't holding a charge. But dad talked to her this evening, the bus pulled out about 6. She'll get back to Dayton about 2 or 3 in the morning. She's just going home with the lady from church who invited her to go, and dad will pick her up after his radiation in the morning.
I hope she had a great time, very exciting to attend a rally like that.

Crystal saying prayers and glad Bill made it home. They have some scary stories about the Dr that did this...It will be interesting when it all comes out. So sad!!

Yes, Tuesday starts the Target league, The 3D leagues start up in Janurary. I'm hoping to shoot the Wednesday morning and Wednesday evening 3D leagues and if Mac is home on Sunday nights we will shoot the Sunday night 3D league together.
I don't think I mentioned that I am also running for the board. A few people asked me too. Not sure if I will get enough votes. Won't know till Janurary???

I have never done anything like this. Not even sure what I'm getting myself into! I'm thinking since all the members actually own a piece of the club it would be nice to have a vote on what goes on.
I didn't realize that when we joined. If the property were ever sold all the members would get a a portion of the $$ and I believe the longer you have been a member the more $$ you would get. I guess a few years back there was a big battle by a few to sell the property. Glad it didn't happen.

Well I'm giving up on Internet Explorer. I have had so many issues with sites, pages and links not opening. I have gone to Mozilla Firefox and I'm not having any of those issues. My computer is working like it should once again! YEA!

Thank Goodness it is Friday..going out and celebrating with my friends at Low Places and dancing....then tomorrow, heading to my sister's to celebrate with them.
Crystal - so happy to hear that Bill is home and safe. So sad that happen today. I know my nephew feels the same way....he is in the army...Just saw a report on it and it was in or near Kileen TX...when Mike and I lived in Tx, we were close to there...in Spring, TX. Wow...how sad.

Sometimes you just have to turn it off or watch something else. My heart goes out to the soldiers and their families. We're very thankful that Bill is ok!!

She finally heard from him. He left the soldier readiness center 20 minutes before the incident. 2 soldiers in his unit lost their lives.

Big hugs Crystal! It's probably best to keep the TV off and stay in your stamp room or do something happy/positive to keep your mind at bay. It will probably be harder for some today once the shock wears off. How is Bill doing?

Glad he is doing okay. I'm sure it will be a mess with the media there and the reporters getting in everyone's faces to get their stories or opinions. I think they make things worse at times.

Good morning! Already hit the grocery and got stocked UP! YAY! They had Del Monte veggies for .50 a can, and a bunch of other stock up goodies on sale! Aaaaah! It's a comforting feeling to have extra put back! Just taking a break with a bagel and coffee. No t.v. on here either.

I finally got out of bed about 5. Now it's about time to get ready for work.
