Ok, so who has a good recipe for doing something with pork chops? I bought a huge package of them last weekend, and cooked half the other day. Just did them in shake n bake, which is how I always do them other that just on the grill (hate dry pork chops).
But I'd like to do something different with the other half of the package, so I'm looking for suggestions.

The only thing I do with my pork chops is sprinkle with salt/pepper then cook them on my george foreman grill.

Okay are you talking line images or solid images?

soft colors of ink for solid images I would say try the versamagic dew drops or the colorbox cats eye chalk inks...

(these are handy for rubbing on edges of things too)

soft colors for line images I would go su classic dye ink actually.

Stacy I want to do both. I guess the dew drop size would work for me unless I decide I want to use it on a bg stamp.

for really soft colors I actually tend to have better luck with versamark and pale colors of heat embossing powders... (because, I dont very often stamp with color on white, its usually cream and soft inks fade into that)

I use those on my BG stamps all the time! Might take an extra min or two but it still works!

One thing i do with pork chops and haven't for awhile is......rinse pork chops off then roll in flour very generously(that has your seasonings in..i just use S&P) and brown up in some olive oil for 5/10 min whatever it takes.....then pour a can of chicken broth over them and let them simmer about 15 to 20 min. Meanwhile peel a few potatoes and a onion. Slice thinnly and layer over top of the pork chops and broth. Cook another 20 to 30 min till soft. The broth ends up becoming a gravy and the pork chops are so soft they fall of the bones and can be cut with a fork! Now I'll have to keep an eye out for when the pork chops go on sale!!

Hopefully if I can get some other colors then maybe I'll feel more like playing again. Last time I went in my room I sat down to make a card had it all planned out and then didn't have the right ink colors and I haven't been back in there since.

Ugh. Building next door has jacked up the volume on their loudspeaker system again. I do not understand why they keep playing with it. It has been good for the last few days - I could vaguely hear it in the background & would know it was in use, but not actually "hear" it. Right now it is jacked up so loud that even with the windows closed and the tv on, I can hear every word crystal clear. That is just ridiculous.

TE ones LOVEFEST2013I Love Nests by JBgreendawn - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

sprint card decided to update and ate my last post

think I have like 4 more to go? (plus what ever is tomorrow's)
need to color something for the sketch, need to come up with an idea for the unity one ( I have a drawer full of their stamps so I have to think of something)
the cats pj's will probably be something floral with either no sentiment or a tiny other co. sentiment like the Verve one. and I have one started for the fancy folds.
but, I stopped midway to do the MFT one so...

the making the card is easy, the giving it to her will not be. I am still tired of the nonsense. so, may just mail it. bawk bawk bawk

Stamp club last night. Had a flat in my friends' driveway. Ugh!
Had to get a new tire after my massage today.
All better now!

IMO, there is no question about mailing it. You absolutely SHOULD be mailing it, definitely NOT giving it in person. And there is no shame/chicken nonsense about it - it is doing what is right and healthy for you.

I've had one all day & been popping pills all day for it.
Right now the odour is not helping. Someone on my floor is cooking something with REALLY strong garlic & onion smells. I've had to open the patio door despite the cold because it was just too strong to handle.

No it doesn't.

During the crash one of the cars got pushed up into the fence that and the fence sheared the front end completely off the car.

oh mine was caffeine withdrawal- was on second day. I'm focusing on getting my water in before drinking the diet dew. Yesterday I got all the water in with no diet dew and today I got all the water in and am now drinking one. I know that I need to cut it out for good but if I can cut it down to once or twice a week that will help (and I don't keep it in the house so that helps)

Mine is tooth related I think. I still have some of my wisdom teeth and I ten to get an unending headache for a day or two every few months when one of them decides to shift a bit. Going to have to look into getting them taken care of soon I think.

HA! Getting more ridiculous spam. Clearly the same people from earlier in the week. Earlier in the week it was how to make my male body part grow in size, now it is offering me cheating housewives to use my new large part on. Who dreams up this garbage?

I've had one pulled already, but at the time the others weren't a concern. They don't bother me all that often except if they move a bit - maybe once every three or four months. I did actually have an appointment for them at one point, but the surgeon's day had to be cancelled for one reason or another, and scheduling another appt. just hasn't worked out at this point. It has to fit my work schedule because I will need several days off afterwards.
