I've cut up 2 Cataloupe's, 1 pineapple and a bunch of different veggies(for a veggie tray) to have for snacking this weekend. Need to peel some potatoes and onions yet for tonight's dinner.....making Liver & Onions!
Have the Sirus 80's station on the Dish......top hits from this week in 83 are on right now. Lots of songs i haven't heard in awhile! The 80's stations on the radio always seem to replay the same ole songs all the time so it's nice to hear some of the other stuff for a change.
Stacy i think that card is fine for the challenge!! The only card i've done is the SNSS sketch one. Haven't uploaded it yet though. Maybe i should go look at those challenges and see if that helps get the ole MOJO flowing again!
ummm i bought book 3 so let me read that one first then i'll get the Carwyn one. I don't think i can read more than one book at a time! I'd never get any sleep!!

I really need to decide on some colored ink pads. I have some ideas I want to do but need some colored ink. The distressed pads I have don't work for what I want to do.
I find it interesting how everybody is different when it comes to ink. Some people like lots and some people like not so many.
With the exception of various blacks (and I'm considering adding a couple more companies of dark brown & grey, just cause it is nice to have options with line images), I have stuck to one company for my coloured ink. I know that if I had a whole bunch of coloured inks from all kinds of companies, I would be overwhelmed. I do have all the colours in spot sizes from a second company, but I bought those because I needed ink to stamp on fabric. And that is generally the only time I pull them out.
I often have a hard time matching/co-ordinating colours. I've actually pretty well quit buying any dp that isn't SU!, because I've found that even though I love the paper, I often end up having a hard time using it because it doesn't "match". (And I have reached space limits as well.)

I have the mini sets of ink cubs from SU from way back in the old color families.....and i have the PTI cubes but most of those are GARBAGE!
I've never bought any PTI ink except fresh snow, because I was looking for a fast-drying white. So I've ready about the horribleness of it, but really haven't used their ink myself. I will say that I hate their new website. Unless you know the exact name of what you are looking for, finding stuff on it is a total PITA.
I have almost all the SU! colours, plus quite a few retired ones, and that is primarily what I use for coloured ink.
Bought the whole set of Palette cubes when Inky was a TAC demo so that I could stamp on fabric. Haven't done any of that in a while though. I should think about that again.

Stacy I just need some colors that are softer colors to stamp with. I've tried stamping off with the distress ones to soften them but that doesn't work great with them.
