this could be ignored if I was not going to the hospital daily and sometimes and here goes the worst part... the place her husband is in...
that is where they are moving my gma to on monday...
but, my gma is going to the temporary only needs some PT place ( maybe 3 days maybe 2 weeks) depends on how motivated to go home gma is...
the steroids are working she is doing more each day but, walking is not good and not good enough to go home ( even with a walker yet)
and I am actually Afraid to go to this place to see my gma there.
gma is freaking out because, for most the people in this town... that is the place old people are sent to die at...

I think the stress of your Gma being in the hospital is taking it's toll on you. Anyway you can have some "me" time this weekend and try to unwind?? Maybe get a little crafty or something??
I need to get to the fruit mkt and switch out the Valentine stuff for the Spring/Easter stuff. Wondering how they did considering they are only open Fri/Sat 10 to 3??
its the friday/ saturday weekend before the last weekend in march. (not looking at a calendar) and feeling the stress of that too. ( not enough to sell on hand)

Maybe make some quick tags that people can use on Easter baskets?? Or make some on sticks (like the long wooden skeers you use on the grill) for people to use in flowers for Easter and Mother's day?? Maybe have a flower pot there with one in as a sample?? I know around here flowers are the big thing to give they always have tents set up selling them everywhere! I wait till after the holiday and then fill a box for like $12!

I was thinking about doing more vintage buttons in um jello molds and maybe something else ( vintage ) maybe clothes pins that are altered ( but not a lot ) the stained clothes pins at Nov. did not sell... and last year the vintage lace did not sell but, the buttons did....

Totally agree! Congrats if you decide to except, well even if you don't, the offer is a plus. You certainly have great stuff and deserve it.
yeah, I think I just may make something with the ones I stained ( vintage clothes pins stained green that didnt sell) add some flowers to them or what not...)
hubs has to work tomorrow so I should have some free time.

Stacy congrats on the DT offer! Sorry to hear you are having to deal with the Alice drama again. Oh and J has a difficult time remembering to call home too if he is going to be late.

I want to sit & stitch. But I really need to go to the grocery store. Debating on stitching for a bit, then shopping, then more stitching later.
Or go shopping now, and then just sit & stitch all day. Hmmmmmmmmm................ decisions, decisions!

*sigh* I am so bad. I just placed a stitchy order on Thurs, and now I am contemplating another one. From a different company for stuff the first one doesn't carry.

I really need to run to the grocery store. I could have done it yesterday after work, but decided I was too lazy. Regretting that now. It is about 20 degrees colder right now than it was yesterday after work.

Looks like they are packing up their gear & leaving already, and I just heard the all clear over the loudspeaker, so it can't have been anything too serious.
I am in no way responsible, and there is nothing I could do even if it was serious, but somehow I always worry when I know the fire department has been called next door. The thought of having to evacuate a multi-story care home where most of the residents are either confined to a wheelchair or need a walker at the very least just makes me shudder. I'm sure they must have an emergency plan in place, but still..........
And especially in weather this cold.

so the thing today ( need to get out of my robe and dry my hair and such) is go out to breakfast ( the normal date ) then go to the Marines recruiters office to listen to his sales pitch ( J is almost 17) and then I can come home and try to make some stuff's. (and then maybe go up to the hospital after lunch or something)
