anywhoo I got most everything back in the closet again.
Alice stopped by and stayed till 1 so thats when I realized I have not ate today. came in had a hotdog real quick and have been cleaning and organizing since..
had to run to home depot for more shelves. now the whole wall in closet has them and I have No More Plastic Iris cards whoo hoo... ( and June wants them) so they are going to work monday strike that wednesday...monday is a party (nextdoor can walk to it)... those things are such a waste of space. the things that came out of the cards take up such a small fraction.
hubs got my stamp/jar shelves built too, seen them downstairs in the garage on my way into the house to make coffee...
better eat something else hungry too. bbl

Back from my mission to Ms. The scrap book organizing stuff was 50% off (or was it 40%?), but they had very little that I needed. I did get some photo boxes (5 for $10).
We ate at Olive Garden again. Got a gift card for Christmas. That place was packed!
It is snowing here, but no accumulation is expected.

LA, are you around? Did you think the SAB flyer was a hot mess? I've had to explain it to everyone I've given it to. It just isn't like looking through a catty?

Please pray. Kevin just hit a man in the street. He was kneeling/laying in a dark 40mph street and Kevin didn't see him until it was too late. Kevin doesn't think the guy made it.

I don't think it was a hot mess, but I don't think it was great either. The mix of stamped images, stamps and the backs of stamps stuck to clear blocks made it hard to tell what exactly was in the stamp sets and how large the images were. It definitely would not be my choice of flyer.

Any of you ladies that ordered the Fight Like a Girl set from a*muse through Tami...my DS spilled milk all over the coupon that came with it so I had to throw it out. I think its only good until the 31st and I am placing an order, so if you aren't going to use yours and wouldn't mind if I use it, would you please PM me the info. Thanks so much!

I can play tomorrow. I have gotten it contained. there are still some minor things I want to do... and the top of the list is get my Thank-you cards made. and pack up some January gifts to ship but... its do-able. and I'm excited about this. will shoot some photos in the daylight tomorrow.
Cyn I don't think I have a coupon, I got my set a long time ago and the packaging is long gone...

The man died. He was laying in the street when Kevin hit him. A truck ahead of Kevin swerved to miss him as he was going down and then turned around when Kevin hit him. Kevin thought he ran over something that fell off the truck. So, when the truck turned around, he did too to apologize for running over their stuff... and then saw it was a person. If that truck hadnt' turned around, Kevin might have kept going. HE had no idea it was a person.
They impounded the car for evidence (there is no car damage to the front but we don't know about the underside). They took Kevin to the hospital for a drug test, but they won't let him leave the scene. We think it's because they're waiting for the blood test but it might because they're waiting for the coroner.
The coroner has to come from Bakersfield (100 miles away) and there is snow in both the passes so he STILL isn't here.
PLEASE PRAY they let him come home. It is COLD out there and he's been standing/walking for over 3 hours. I'm going back after I eat.
Oh C, I'm sorry you are going through this. I was thinking about you and Kevin and this as I was going to sleep last night. Wonder if the guy was already hit or dead (heart attack or something) before Kevin even got there...otherwise, why was he in the street in the first place? So very sad. Thankful the other driver is a witness to him already in the street too. Praying for peace tor all involved.
And she's 21 years old!!!!
