Lots of family stuff still going on with SFIL. None of it fun. Very stressful weekend.

Granny, love the cheer pics! Really makes me miss Kaiti's cheering days in some ways (not the "up at the crack of dawn for a tournament" way, though).

Lori, hugs, hugs and more hugs! I hope you're feeling better by now.

Jo, hope Bill gets home before the weather gets any worse.

Hi to Hedgie & Miss I!

Off to chemo in a bit. Sounds like a song I've sung before. New infusion center. I like to spice things up & sit in the friend chair at different centers. I'd insert the rolling eyes if I weren't too tired & on the quick reply page! LOL! VERY Thankful that there is treatment & that this new stuff isn't as hazardous to the whole body. And doesn't cause hair loss. Which is good since Natalie already said he won't look good in a "man wig." Toupe, dear.

Hugs to all!

Kristi - sorry for all the stress. I can only imagine all you are trying to deal with on a daily basis.

Lori - you know that you and Phil are in my prayers.

Lori, I so hope today goes well for you and Phil. I imagine that first appt is a long one...so nice to have someone to chat with. Do they have a good cafeteria for snacks and such? I wonder if they have TV's?
Hugs!

Kristi-oh boy, she's at it again.....sorry for the trials and tribulations.

Granny you get more done in a day than I do in a week.

Jo-Did you see bath and body has $1 shipping today. There are many of those plug in scents online that I can't find in my store. I may put in an order.

Hello Miss I-hope the files aren't too nasty to deal with this week. I know you are super busy right now. Do you know anything about Western Governor's online programs? They are the most reasonable, I can find. Otherwise $500 a credit, which I find insane.

If I missed anyone, I am sorry. Hi to all! Have a good day!

I have so much hand soap from Bath & Bodyworks I cannot buy anymore until I use most of this. I went overboard the last couple of months! Of course, my favorite "winter" scent is done and I want more. But I have plenty of soap to last me quite awhile!

I just have so much! Several of the lavendar vanilla (our favorite for years) and several others: Dancing Waters (got it in the summer), Cucumber Melon, and others. But I have more than one of almost each one. Yes, I overdid it!

Aloha!

Things have officially turned ugly. I feel like I'm in the middle of a really bad, crazy movie. It's almost a blessing that my FIL is fading as quickly as he is, because he is mostly unaware of all the drama surrounding him right now. We're really hoping it stays that way.

Hope you all had a good day! Time for me to crawl into bed and try to get at least a little bit of sleep. I don't think I've slept more than 3 hours in a night in a couple of weeks.

Kristi - I am SO sorry. Why is it that when older parents are ill or pass, things get so ugly? We've seen that so often in our own family. I'm sorry. Hugs.

Granny - I saw the news last night and tornado warnings were everywhere. All moving east. Hope nothing comes of it.

A couple of tornados have touched down about 20 miles away. Rght now,all we have had is high winds.

System is moving very fast which is a good thing.

Dork story: I didn't go to co-op today but had a friend bring girls home. About 12:20, while I was all cozy in the recliner, the doorbell rang and someone banged on the door. It was time for the girls to come home, and I knew they had a key, but they always bang on the door anyway. I called out, "come in," then added, "if it's Bethany and Natalie." No one came in. I got up and answered. It was the mailman! LOL! I told him I thought it was my girls. Glad the door was locked. Also glad this guy didn't seem that English was his first language, so maybe he didn't understand my welcome greeting.

Kristi, I'm so sorry. Hugs.

Granny, are you in a closet or bathroom? Keep us posted! Be safe.

Jo Jo and Hedgie, we love B and BW soap! Missed the sale after Christmas this year. We do still have body wash. Phil hates the soap with the little sandy grain things. I love that kind! LOL!

Think you've all seen info on FB or caringbridge. As my friend Kathy likes to phonetically spell words with Phil: Phil's phever is phinally phinished.

My girls are crazy. Just sayin'.

LOL at your dork story, Lori

I did that last week. I knew Kaiti was on her way home from work, and I was nice and cozy on the couch. The door was unlocked, but I figured she didn't want to pull her house keys out. I yelled that it was unlocked, but she knocked again. I made some crack about her being too lazy to turn a door knob and got up to open the door. Turns out it was the pizza delivery guy!

I'm doing better today. I kind of had a mini-breakdown last night. I was awake until 4am-ish, only to be woken up by the dogs at 5am. I am really dragging hiney today.

SCARY weather day. It is over 20 degrees colder than it was this morning.

If you see any news of the small town that was hit it is about 25 miles or so away. It was hit bad.

Hit pretty hard. Cars/trucks were picked up and thrown across the roads.

Only 1 death reported though.

Helping my friend Cathi's daughter-in-law clean a house tomorrow.

It is in Virginia Highlands smack in the middle of downtown Atlanta.

Probably going to be a full day.

Hey Lori! I told my family about your "checking to see if Phil was breathing" comment (on facebook, I think). They laughed as they knew I would do the same thing.

Went to breakfast with a friend. We have to do that more often. Did not catch up nearly enough. We hope to get together again soon. It is much, much colder today! Our high of 68 yesterday won't be seen again for quite awhile. Today is very windy, cold, but sunny and bright blue skies.

TWIN POWERS! LOL!

We actually have chilly weather (for us) here. Well, not so much at the moment (it's 60), but yesterday was a good jacket day. We had to use the heater again overnight. I love that!

Phil went to work, but woke me to say he couldn't find his keys. I told him take mine, so we are homebound today.

Back from cleaning. BEAUTIFUL old house that is probably 100 years old.

Wish I had taken pictures.

No telling how little she paid for it 20 years ago but it is worth a cool half million now.
