Yikes, Jacq!!! That sounds like a crazy busy weekend for you. Get a good night's sleep, OK?
Hi everyone! I did a couple more dirty dare cards today. I still have eight challenges to go. I'm not sure how that is possible, but I counted! Hopefully I can combine them down to four cards. I think there are four sketches, and four other challenges to do, so it might work.

I finally decided to just keep it all and marked the ones that were retired. I did reorganize it by color though instead of by color family. Once they moved colors from one family to another I knew I was doomed. My favorite retiring color is really rust.

I did it! I finally finished all 33 dirty dozen challenges. I made a total of 16 cards and projects. Now I'm off to babysit my friend's kids for the evening. Wish me luck, I didn't sleep well last night and the kids have tons of energy!

WTG on the challenges (those that did them). I was just to busy this weekend to get more than a few minutes in the stamp room this weekend. I did get my card stock all organized.

Pat, I will send you some Really Rust. I have lots of the retired card stock and am trying to figure out what to do with it all. Let me know if you have any other retired colors that you will use often. I would rather send to you than have them sit around and not be used. The only one's I am interested in keeping are the pale plum and barely banana.

Congrats Denise and Michelle on finishing the challenges! I haven't yet. Hoping to stamp more tonight. Jeff and I went to see a Robert Plant concert last night and spent the night at my mom's. I'd like to do Gina's guest design challenge, too, although Sharon Harnist entered this time so maybe it's a good month to skip!

Hey there, hi there, ho there.

I PMd everyone about the virtual hometown tours and started a new thread to post the write-ups and challenges.

I had to work from 12-6 again today but, alas, the problem was resolved. The main was repaired, the entire distribution system was flushed & sampled and all tests came back satisfactory. I ended up with 22 hours overtime!! Ca-ching is right, Stacey. We resumed normal operations about 2 PM this afternoon and lifted the boil water advisory and mandatory water restrictions.

By the way, Stace - if you have any Pink Passion, Sage Shadow, or Summer sun, I take some. Thanks in advance.

Good job for those of you who participated in the DG challenges. I haven't done squat lately.

Well, it's after eleven and I need to catch up on my beauty sleep. "See" ya tomorrow. Good night.

The card stock is all yours Jacq! Thursday will probably be the earliest I will be able to get to the P.O. Do you still have the same address?

22 hours of OT is great! My limit is about 12 a week - get your rest, sounds like you need it after this weekend.

Thanks Stacey! I'll look at the retired colors list and see if there are any more I use a lot. I'll be happy to pay for the cardstock or at least the postage.

Who is Sharon Harnist?

Woohoo for those of you who did the DTGD challenges and made it through!

I'll have to go look at at galleries when I get a chance. I've got to do the Resq challenge this week and then work on my hometown stuff. I don't know if I can handle a challenge every day, but I'll do my best, I guess.

Hugs to everyone!

If you can get them to fit in the other box and you don't go any bigger than the 10.70, I don't see a problem. Does anybody else?

Awesome! As long as no one minds I'll do that. Saves me a trip to the PO just for the box.

Aw, thanks! Y'all are super sweet. I didn't get to play, but I'm curious to see who Gina picks. It's never who I think it will be!

Oh, and good news, my kids napped and I got a card and 4 more DTGD challenges done. The bad news is 4 of the 8 that are left are sketches!

Am I the only one noticing those little icons in the lower left hand corner of our posts? Am I late in seeing these? Does anyone know what these are and how they can be used? I don't like that people can post my posts in other places. Help? 'splain, please.

You think they would put that in PLAIN ENGLISH, wouldn't you???? Sheesh!!! I still think it has to do with money and advertising for SCS....just my thoughts since I don't see any other point to it! After all if were ONLY a matter of posting something else to share somewhere like with the Facebook thing...then we would have been told about it and allowed to opt out like I did indeed do with the Facebook option. Oh well...........

Plain English? I don't think that's any kind of English. I think it's some mysterious computerese. I have no idea what they are talking about. I'm sure I don't need to linkback anyway.

Lee, thanks for the Copic info! I will be heading to StampTV shortly!
Paula, yay for the traveling stamps, and yay for getting more DTGD challenges done! (I concur about the box, also - use what you have, as long as the price is the same!)
As for the link thing, I read a little about it and I don't find them necessary. People can already share links to the forums if they want. I suspect based on feedback I've seen so far that they will go away, or at least we will have an opt-out. At least I hope so. To me, the biggest offense with them is that they are ugly to look at!

Don't even think about it, I would rather the card stock go to someone who will use it and not just sit around in my closet not being used for the next 100 years. Let me know if there are any other colors you will use.

Okay Stacey, I looked at the retiring paper list again. If you have lovely lilac, only orange, ruby red, or creamy caramel I will be happy to take them off your hands. Thanks again.

D, that is great news about Joe. Does this mean you'll be relocating to Florida soon? I think that was something you had talked about before.
