Mama and I had fun on our mini road-trip. The aspen trees were gorgeous - it was the perfect weekend to see them. We drove around looking for the wild donkey heard that roams around town, but couldn't find them. We toured a famous brothel house. We were in a mining town and the red light district was very popular back in the day. I'm not big on museums, but it was interesting.
I love taking pictures of Preston when he's sleeping. He won't keep his canopy up over his car seat anymore. He yanks it down and then the sun gets in his eyes and he gets mad. I love how he crosses his legs while he sleeps.
Afternoon. It is a lovely chilly day, but not enough sunshine for me. My nose is stuffy and my eyes are watering, probably allergies, especially since I've had the windows open! No energy yet today. Just really want to sleep. I can forget all the problems of the world that way!!!
Great pictures Jennifer! Preston is getting to big - he looks less like a baby and more like a toddler in that picture. He is such a cutie! I love the picture of the trees, too - green on one side of the road and that golden yellow on the other!
Joanne- Just wait the weather is changing. It is currently 80 in Minnesota. I understand this week is supposed to be in the 70's-80's for highs. I got sunburned yesterday on my face.
Jennifer- I love fall. Your pictures are beautiful. Preston gets cuter all the time.
Felt so very tired so took a long nap this afternoon. Probably would still be sleeping had not my GI called.
Reynold has a freelance job at a bank this week in LaPlata doing his old job of loan review. He also will be working at a bank in Taneytown next week. PTL for the extra income!!
hope you all had a good MONDAY mine was OK very stressful day and it will be a very stressful WEEK as well. NEXT MONDAY is our evaluation day and trying to get ready but I OVER the other people NOT DOING THIER JOBS. but anyway.

SIL is still on my NERVES now shes threating i so WISHED I WAS IN GA right NOW. I know this sounds bad but I wish she would try to threaten someone again. GOD just give me the STRENGTH to get through this trial period with this girl.
Hedgie- Sorry that your coworkers are making you sick. I am glad you are getting out of there.
Nichole- I hope your SIL can/will get the help she needs. Does she or should she be taking meds? As Hedgie said maybe you can back off and let others take over.
I am chilling out tonight! I need to clean but don't want to do it. I would be embarrassed if someone showed up here.
It was bad today Cat. I almost started to scream....I currently have a splitting headache from the stress of ppl's commentary.

Camron & Conrad love Bibleman especially the armor sequence where Bibleman puts on his helmet, breastplate, shield, etc. so am trying to teach them to be sure to have their armor on, too, for life's problems. So you just put on that armor and go get em....

well the thing is she does need to be on medicine, but i think the problem now is that shes on SO MUCH medicine shes crazy. she does need to be shipped off somewhere and when YOUR OWN MOTHER tells you to get out of her house then somethings wrong. She wanted my brother to come get her and my brother Said NO. I may not have told you or I may have but she really is MY EX SIL. My brother and her are divorced she just didnt have anywhere to go after their divorce so she stayed with my brother. But a month ago is when she found out her mom was out of JAIL and so she could stay with her. But I found out today she got kicked out of her moms and doesnt know where she is. She was threatning to come get the kids but she technically only take one of them but the other my brother has FULL custody of because she pulled this same crap several years ago so when they got the divorce judge gave my brother FULL custody of the oldest. the other child is NOT MY BROTHERS but has raised it like his own so thats what she keeps threating with is she coming to get him and coming with the police and all of this crap. I really feel sorry for my MOM shes really the one that has to deal with it all. Since I am in TN . But she stays high off of pain meds and drinks thats why my brother doesnt want to let the youngest one go wtih her. I dont know. I honestly dont know what to do. its drama all the time with her and has been past 11 years. feel like it just gets worse and worse. ok ENOUGH of that drama

Nikki-I am so sorry your family is having to deal with SIL's behavior. Addictive behavior is impossible to deal with because typically they do not tell the truth, are manipulative and unpredictable. I agree with your brother that the kids should not be in her care.
