My cards are finished and I will take them to the post office tomorrow. I had plans to go today but then I forgot the box of stamping stuff that I'm sending to my sister on my kitchen table so will have to postpone until tomorrow to get them both mailed.
I used my Cricut to make a castle and other Princess stuff for my granddaughter's 4th BD party - she is sooo excited! Also made lots of crown treat boxes - now to finish them so Mom can fill them with goodies.

Just got out of hot tub, it felt good for my achey body. Moving only took 4 hours as we had plenty of help, now all they have to do is put things where they want them. Mom is done moving anyone for along time.
I am new to SCS but not new to a Cricut or a Gypsy! I haven't made many cards so this is my challenge to make them "standard" size! Thanks for offering this swap!

Good morning, ladies........we had a nice rain during the night that we sure needed....off to eat breakfast, then off to Peoria,Il to go to Michaels, Joanns and Scrapdoodles for crafty stuff. Hope everyone has a great day.

Got inspired while making a dragonfly card with my cricut for my bff and make 4 for this swap! How fun is this! Made my first A2 card with my cricut... usually I only embellish with my cricut! Thanks for the encouragement by having this swap! Kathi

Thanks, I thought it turned out cute. I made an extra one and stuck it in my husband's briefcase with a note inside - just because he's such a great hubby!

My DH took sometime off today and moved all but 1 load of stuff from the garage for my DD, tomorrow's heat would be in the upper 90's so today was the best day. My DD1's BIL n SIL's home was within 10 miles of the Colorado fire this am we are praying they didn't lose their home. Our kids just came home from there 2 weeks ago, we are all praying for the families and their homes.

How awful for them and anyone else that lives' near the fires. ... such a worry. Due to a storm, 2 years ago, we lost a huge, huge, tree it almost destroyed our house & our neigbor's, a fires & floods are 10 times worse. Will say a prayer for everyone.

I guess I won't complain that we are going to hit 100 tomorrow! I will keep all those in the fire affected areas in my prayers - as well as the people in Florida who have had 20+ inches of rain! Crazy weather!!!

Yes, this is crazy weather. Gosh, how scary to be only a few miles from the fire. I will hope they are ok! Did they vacate the house? I guess you can just pray for rain!
I have the front panels and die cuts done for my cards, I'll get them together and in the mail tomorrow. I LOVE how they came out. Hope you all do, too.
I mailed my cards today and just remembered I was to put an image in with them. I have it done - just put it away in a safe, forgotten spot! I will get that in the mail soon! Guess you could say I was having a blonde moment (yes, I'm a blonde)!
