I am having fun, but I think I am done for the day. Main tree is maybe 1/4 done, but I have completed 4 smaller trees--Badgers, Packers, vintage and one with all sports.

Last year I think we had 18--ranging from 2 feet tall to our 10 foot tree. The Badger and Packer and Vintage trees are all 3 feet tall. The main tree this year is the new 9 foot one, then I have 4 others that are 4 feet tall--Patriotic, Purple/Silver, Farms/Animals and Sports. I also have a German one and one with teacher items and I think another this year with a wine theme. Some trees are pine tree like, others are colored--silver, white, gold, etc. Yes, I do love Christmas!
All cozy with jammies on and going to watch Christmas In Rockerfeller Center (watch that every year) and have pumpkin pie with cool-whip. Love, hugs and prayers=grandmajudy

Good Morning--Day 2 of the Christmas Transformation is here. Day 1 went well----the main tree is maybe 1/2 done and I have completed 5 smaller trees--Packers, Badgers, Boyd's Bears, Patriotic and a Vintage one. I got a couple of small 3-4 foot trees last year on clearance, so I am going to add a wine tree and a teacher tree. I want to finish the main tree, plus all of the additional trees--last year I had 18 total, so I think I will in the 20's this year. This weekend we wil do the roping on the deck rail and I might put some more lights in a couple more shrubs--I bought some LED ones last year and I sure like the way they look.

Thanks--don't feel inadequate--I love the holidays and shopping, so I have enough trees, ornaments and time to do that many trees.............................
Barb, I checked out the blog from last year - your trees are GREAT!! of course, I'd rather have a Steeler tree than a Packer one! but if they keep playing as bad as they have been, I won't be happy!!

Things seem to take a bit longer this time of year--probably here tomorrow!
A watched pot never boils, right? Thanks for the reassurance, Barb!
I don't want to jinx myself but so far, in all of the years that I've been swapping art, I've never had my package get lost on its way to our swap hostess (which is always my #1 concern). I can't help but get a little nervous when it's taking longer than I think is should to arrive LOL
I took some deep breaths and told myself to relax and I'm off to do some monoprinting for a swap

Good Afternoon--it is smelling like roses in Wisconsin as the Badger football team creamed Nebraska 70-31 last night to earn a spot in the Rose Bowl on New Years Day! It was an outstanding game.
All of the Christmas decorations are done--inside and out! Final total is 25--all but 3 have lights and/or oranments on them.
It's another blue skies and sunshiny day here in the AZ desert. Hope you're all having a marvelous Monday!
My plan is to get alot of the Christmas decorations up. Usually takes me about a week and I started on Saturday. I also need to get busy making Christmas cards.
Hi Barb, I am sorry to say that I am going to have to bow out...sorry~ Too much going on and probably wont get them done in time. Keep me in the loop for other swaps maybe in the future~

Hi all! I have been sitting in my chair trying to finish a book on my kindle - Flowers on Main by Sherryl Woods. Got 20 pages left but want to make chocolate chip bars, so I had better get to it. I have to go to work at noon.
Have a good day everyone!
