I just LOVE High Hopes - the images are so very cute!! I didn’t see card kits for High Hopes, SO, this is one for them!
CARD KITS INCLUDE: 1. 2-3 images (High Hopes) all the same, stamped in permanent black (Versafine, Stazon, or Palette Noir) OR a Copic black (Memento, Adirondack) and NOT colored in. Please label your packet with ink type.
2. Two 6” x 6” sheets of coordinating Designer Paper. You may also use Dry embossed Cardstock.
3. At least 12” of ribbon, trim, cord, or other ‘fiber’.
4. Set (4-6) of coordinating embellishments. These can be anything like brads, buttons, primas, gemstones, etc.
5. Optional items that really raise a kit’s ‘Wow’ factor are stamped sentiments, punched shapes, sample photos of cards made with the kit’s supplies, anything else fun you can think of!
DO YOUR BEST WORK, BE PROUD!
QUANTITY: 5 + 1; receive 5 in return (+1 is for the hostess). You will not get back one of your own - so make one for yourself!!
DUE DATE: Your swaps are due in my hands by September 30, 2009. If not received by that time, they will be returned. I will have them swapped back and mailed out to you by October 15, 2009.
MAILING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place large Ziploc full of kits in a self-addressed, stamped envelope (bubble envelope recommended to protect kit contents) and then place in mailing envelope. Be sure to use stamps because many P.O. s will not accept meter strips and make sure postage is equal to amount it cost to mail your kits. Include a couple of extra stamps in case your returns kits are heavier; I will return all unused postage.
CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL SWAPPERS are very welcome! If you are mailing from Canada or overseas, please include appropriate US $ to cover return postage, and I will return whatever is left to you. DON'T FORGET - mail between Canada & US will often take at least 2 weeks to get to Virginia! Think of time needed for mail when you send your kits.
I have swapped before, but they were finished cards, I am a little unsure how a card "kit" swap works. But, if I read correctly, you make up a total of 6 kits. Each with two sheets of paper, 2 - 3 images and the rest of the "stuff" listed?
I have a few high hopes stamps, and another one on the way, so I "think" I would like to participate????

I figured he was H H. I just wish they shipped more efficiently. The one order I have from them took for ever!!!
A store here in WI is sending me one that they have been waiting for a long time, I didn't want to risk another long wait myself!
Sweety I think they have changed the way they ship now so it shouldn't take as long!!! I'm placing an order hopefully this weekend or next week!

As Lena said, it may not be as long. High Hopes is changing how their shipping is done, so there shouldn't be the hang-up with shipping, especially at the border! The shipping time was one of my biggest concerns with High Hope, but I've REALLY been pleased with how things are done now!
