Some good free digis...there is a really cute girl with an umbrella.
Yes, there are some good free digis!
That one of the girl with the umbrella made me think of this swap!
Hmm... I wonder why????
And I also found a cute one on there of a duck with an umbrella in the rain....
OMG My DH just came in with a dozen red roses in a vase from the florist. We planned on going to dinner but I thought that was it. I do have a handmade valentine. He will probably let me pay for dinner. Hope so!!!!
I just got a half dozen of Gertrude Hawk chocolate covered strawberries, a peanut butter heart, a DD coffee and a DD gift card for more coffee!! Woo Hoo....he says "how about making yourself a card?" LOLOLOL He's too funny.
I had a really wonderful day despite the rotten weather. We had a rain-snow mix and I was SO cold! Then a dozen 4th graders came and each gave me a rose, saying it was from an admirer. My husband was inside setting up a nice lunch for me, with a candle, tablecloth, candy, flowers, STARBUCKS, and biscotti. My co-workers said he should teach lessons to their husbands.

Oh, and my daughter seems to have an admirer, too. She came home from school with a 2lb heart-shaped box of chocolates, a pot of red tulips, a giant teddy bear and a bouquet of chocolate roses. Hmm...she's 17! I'm getting out my shotgun!

Would this gross you out? My roommate and I took her mother to Red Lobster today for lunch. She is 92 and always takes home more than she eats. When the waiter boxed up her leftovers he picked up MY USED FORK from the table to scoop her salad into the box. I was the only one who saw it, but told my roommate after the waiter walked away. We left a smaller than usual tip (15% instead of our usual 20%) and I told the manager about it as we were leaving. I didn't think about it at the time, but I should have asked the waiter to go get her a fresh salad to take home instead.

I just got home. My DH took me to have a nice Italian dinner. We had Chicken Marsala (a dish of chicken breasts (boneless) & mushrooms cooked in wine)on the pasta used with Alfredo dishes. After dinner I had a dessert called Chocolate Lasagna that was made with a chocolate brownie sliced in half, with a whipped cream layer between the brownie layers. On top was more whipped cream and some Rasberry sauce. Oh, so good!!
And besides Valentine's Day, we were celebrating that we met 21 years ago on Valentine's Day!

Only one admirer? that sounds like enough stuff for 2 or 3 admirers. LOL

Hi Forest Friends... remember me??????
Oops! I vanished this morning and haven't been back to my computer until just recently. Now I need to put up a very important blog post....... and then it will be almost bedtime.
I've loved reading all the lovely stories about your Valentine's Day! So many DH's should get a special award today!
Mae, that is so fun that your relative knows Brock from work. I also thought it was a cute description of the room where Brock works. LOL!
BTW, Brock came home with an award today.... for the FUNNIEST person!
I really must work on my blog post now... I'll BBL!
I love using them but the facts are:
I live at least 4 hours away from any place that you could pay to have them refilled singularly or find the refill inks.
The cost/space for storing the refills is beyond my ability to deal with at this point.
Since they are refillable, I can't just throw them away----so I am offering them to those who have more opportunities for continous use.

Pansy, it sounds like you've thought it through thoroughly! I wish you luck in selling them. I looked at your list; I already own most of those colors. Guess we have similar taste.
Forest Friends, my blog post is ready for 6:00 a.m. I am not sure I will be ready for that hour though... I'm worn out. LOL!
Oh, and I hate blogger... I'm just saying! I don't know why, but I never can get it to give me single line spacing. UGH! Doesn't work very well for the poem I put in tomorrow's post.
I'm heading to bed now. I'll see you briefly in the morning before I go to the church to help our secretary with the bulletin.
