As I was stumbling around a few blogs today, I came up with this swap idea! Let's swap cards that have to do with magic! Any type of magic is fine with me! And... yes, I was singing the song to myself while typing this all out!
You will make 5+1 standard cards for each spot that you take. Please make sure that each spot is a different design. Also, please make sure that your cards have at least 2 layers, and 1 embellishment. For the protection of your cards, please make sure that they are packaged in a weather proof baggie!
Please mail to me so that your cards are in my hands by April 13. Please include return postage (cash or stamps only) , and your return, addressed envelope. Out of country swappers are most welcome to join us, please remember that the mail takes a little longer.

I don't know what I'm using yet... but the thing that keeps coming to my mind is a Disney kind of image. I equate Magic with Disneyland and Disney World. Do you believe in magic...........
I'm going to do TinkerBell. I have a neat stamp of her with her wand. Okay Barb, first and most of all I was for Packers and they lost. Then I went for 49er's and they lost. I'm getting a complex here. Now, I'm going for the Patriots and hope I don't jinx them. Love, hugs and prayers=grandmajudy
Jeanette that was hilarious when you said what did you bump into? And yes, I keep singing Do You Believe In Magic. I love that song.
Okay Linda, put me down for 2 spots. I have some Sweet Pea Stamps I need to get inky. I may come back for more. It seems like a lot of time (between now and April), but it goes so fast.

Good Morning Friends!
uh-oh!!! Did someone say it’s Monday?
I hope your day is a good one anyway!
Today is Measure Your Feet Day, National Pie Day, National Handwriting Day,
and Snowplow Mailbox Hockey Day.
Enjoy your holiday of choice today!
Please excuse the interruption, but here’s a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
reminding us to listen carefully when lawyers ask questions
The following questions from lawyers were taken from official records nationwide:
1. You don't know what it was, and you don't know what it looked like, but can you describe it?
2. Q: You say that the stairs went down to the basement?
A: Yes
Q: And these stairs, did they go up also?
3. Q: Have you lived in this town all your life?
A: Not yet.
4. A Texas attorney, realizing he was on the verge of unleashing a stupid question, interrupted himself and said, "Your Honor, I'd like to strike the next question."
5. Q: Do you recall approximately the time that you examined the body of Mr. Edington at the Rose Chapel?
A: It was in the evening. The autopsy started about 8:30 p.m.
Q: And Mr. Edington was dead at the time, is that correct?
A: No, he was sitting on the table wondering why I was doing an autopsy!

DON'T JINX THE PATS!!!! Just kidding, I really do not care one way or the other...
Every time I see a post from this swap in my email I start singing the title song. thanks for giving me a new song to mix it up a bit
Please excuse the interruption, but here’s a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Been a long time since I have been in a swap with a PSA! I like the lawyer angle. Even though I have seen some before, they still make me laugh!
Re: Measure Your Feet Day - I am assuming this is an annual thing, and yet, my feet have not changed since that child came along (before her, they were a ½ size smaller). Why did people feel this needed an annual remembrance?
Re: Snowplow Mailbox Hockey Day - I cannot play, cuz we still do not have a mailbox! I thought the Man was going to replace this weekend, but he did not and I did not want to nag. I figured tripping over the thing every time he exited or entered the breezeway would be reminder enough, but apparently I was wrong...

Have to drive to the PO, which of course is not the one in our town, cuz it is too small, so it is actually the next town over. Did not bother on Saturday, cuz of the weather. Whether I remember to go today, remains to be seen. (Did you see how I used weather and whether one after the other?? Wasn't that cool?! )
I had to measure them... at the shoe store... because I couldn't keep my shoes on. LOL!
So perhaps it is really go buy new shoes day, since you always measure for that right? At least I think they do in those stores in which I am too cheap to shop

Yes, it was... and you even spelled them both correctly! A+ for you, my friend! Did you know that weather/whether is on the often misspelled list?
