This is a card swap for those holidays that it is fun to make cute cards for. For example, I always see super cute ideas for Easter cards, but rarely make or send them. And how about the 4th of July? I have a few patriotic stamps, but they tend to go unused. So let's all get out our goodies and creative hats and make some “fun card making” holiday cards! There will be 4 groups, choose one or as many as you like to join. Valentine's Day , Easter , Independence Day , St. Patrick's Day
Description: FULL cards (envelope not required), at least 2 layers and must have at least 1 embellishment.
Quantity: 3+1 You will make 4cards and receive 3 cards in return (the plus one is for the hostess) You will not get your own card back so be sure to make an extra for yourself!
Vendor products: High quality card stock only. No vendor restrictions.
Take Credit: Feel free to claim your talent with post-it notes. They work great! Also be sure to post on the thread once you receive your cards back.
Deadlines: Sign-up date: When full of by the end of this year! Due IN my Hand:January 16th, 2013 Any and All late arrivals will be returned to sender. Return Date: I will send them postal by January 22nd. For those of you who have swapped with me before you know I always swap on time.
Mailing instructions: Packaging:
Place swap items in a large baggie for waterproof purposes. Write your real name, SCS name and “Fun Holidays” on a piece of paper and include in the baggie for identification purposes. Swap Return:
Place baggie inside a self-addressed stamped envelope for return mail purposes. The amount of postage on your SASE should be the same amount that it takes to mail to the swap hostess. To insure that enough postage will cover the returned swap items, include 3 additional postage stamps which will be returned if not used.
*DO NOT send metered postage as we all know they only work for day of purchase!! And do not send international mail postage coupons/gift cards either. My post office doesn't know what to do with them!

Hope that everyone is having a good weekend. I just started working at a new job this week. I will be working in retail again after a long absence from working outside of my home. I am going to try to get started on my cards this weekend before work really takes over my life.

Whooo Hoooo, look at this swap filling up. I just finished watching our 2012 World Series Champions San Francisco Giants Victory Parade, and I am so hyped up. I can't wait to loot my daughter's trick or treat sack and get stamping this evening!
