Closed and Creating -Mom's Day Swap 3 +1 to women's shelter)– Due 4/15/2009
In 2006, I lost my Mother to Cancer and no longer have a mom to send a card to but would still like to make some. This swap is a 3 for swapping +1, that one will go to a local women’s shelter so that some kids who are less fortunate than us will be able to give their mom’s a card.
If you would like to include more than the +1, please do so, all the extra’s will go to the shelter.
Description: Full Size Card Only - 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. Please use at least 2 layers Quality CS & 1 embellishment! Happy Mother’s Day is the Occasion. Make sure that the card you send would be one you would be happy to get.
Quantity: 3+1 (1 for the shelter) -You will not get one of your own back, so make an extra one for yourself!
Vendor Products: NVR on all, but PLEASE use very good quality cardstock (preferably SU!),
Recipe: is not required, but please put it on a sticky note. Please stamp your card with your signature, so everyone will know who to thank and who to leave a comment for!
Due Date: Last Day to join the swap: April 1, 2009
Last Day for Cards to be in my hands: April 15, 2009

I will do the swap on April 18th and back in the mail to you by the 20th. If I receive the swaps early, I will send them out early.
Spots: For each spot you sign up for, use a different stamp. To secure your spot/s, post your name in this forum.
Swap Return: Place swap items in a baggie for waterproof purposes. Write your real name, SCS name and swap name on a piece of paper and include in the baggie or write it on the baggie for identification purposes.
Include a self-addressed envelope (This is your name as sender and receiver – that way if you don’t put enough postage it will be returned to you anyways) and enough postage for your swap to be returned to you.
If you would like to use Priority Mail, do not include a return envelope just a priority mail stamp or $5 in cash, I will get an envie from the post office.

***Please note that you cannot have metered postage on the SASE envelope. It needs to be stamps.
