*Closed & Shopping* Secret Cupid Gift Swap for Valentine's Day
Hello fellow swappers and welcome to the Secret Cupid Swap for Valentin's Day. This is not a regular card swap, this is a gift swap for card swappers. Altho, you will be required to include a card along with your gift when you send it out. If you were part of the Secret Santa Gift Swap, this will work just like that one did. If you did not participate in the Secret Santa Swap the instructions are below.
The reason I wanted to host a swap like this is because I feel we, as card swappers, are all becoming pretty good friends. And what a neat way to tell someone that you enjoy their friendship.
This Secret Cupid Swap is open to anyone that has participated in a swap at one time or another. Here is how it will work:
1. I will start taking sign ups now and will continue doing so until December 30, 2011. I will choose everyone's Secret Cupid by drawing names.
2. When you sign up, I will ask you to post a wish list along with any allergies you may have. This way your Secret Cupid will have an idea of what you like or don't like.
3. Each Cupid will have a spending limit of 20$ US. However, you do NOT have to spend any money if you choose not to. Your gift can be something that you make or something that you would like to regift
4. Please remember your gift MUST have something to do with stamping. If you want you can have it be part of your gift, for example: you could send a stamp set and a bag of candy. That is all up to you as long as there is something to do with stamping included in your gift.
5. Once I have everyone's Secret Cupid drawn I will send you a pm with the name of your Valentine you are gifting to as well as their address. You will not be sending anything to me. Unless you are my Secret Cupid.
6. Please remember the 20$ US limit.
If for some reason you need to drop out of this swap, please try and give me ample notice so that I have time to find your person a new Secret Cupid.
Remember; it's a SECRET. You will be asked to include your SCS name when you send out your gift. Please do not reveal yourself before hand. We don't want to ruin anyone's surprise. And ladies...let's remember once you receive your gift, please make sure to thank your Secret Cupid.
Cupids please mail your gifts out on or before Feb. 1, 2012.
IF YOU ARE SENDING FROM THE USA TO SOMEONE IN THE USA PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK THE POSTOFFICE FOR A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER. This can have a cost of about 75 cents. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PM ME THE DC#.
Also remember, you MUST include a card along with your gift.
When you sign up please tell me if you are willing to send outside of your country.
Please Note: This is not the Secret Sister Swap. This is just something fun between those of us that swap cards and such.

Once you get your gift from your Cupid please make sure you post a thank you in the thank you thread (there will be a link in my siggy line) please make sure you post your Cupid's SCS name in your thank you. Once I see the thank you posted your Cupid's name will be in red.

Sounds great. I think I will let Yvonne show you how it's done. lol....I will probably just cut and paste my wish list from the Santa swap. Except if my secret Santa gets me something off of my list then I will have to take that item off. Is that what you are doing Yvonne?
Dani how am I supposed to keep up on two SS swaps? Especially if every one is as chatty on this one as the other one.
To be honest, I didn't think this one would be chatty. I thought everyone would sign up and then forget about it until after Christmas...lol....then again look who we are talking about....the Chatty Kathy Group. hehe....Does this mean you are going to sign up? lol

MY LIST:
Envelopes, Anything to do with Easter. Easter stamps, blings, puffy stickers. Also anything to do with kids puffy stickers. I'm allergic to floral scents but love cinnamon and spice candles, love chocolate Hershey kisses, love bubble bath.
Can always use glue dots, sticky back tape, etc. I collect bears and magnets from other states. I love anything homemade.

I want to be a Cupid too! I will post a wish list later, I'm thinking I need to wait and see if my Santa gets stuff off my wish list there first....I'll ship anywhere.
I have been looking for those little dewdrops... They are like rhinestones that look like raindrops. I can't find them anywhere!!! Those would be nice.
I still like the idea of the rhinestone flourises, one can never have enough of those!!!
Otherwise... I like glitter paper (it could be cut down into 4.25 X 5.5 pieces to save on shipping).
I also like the little charms I see attached to hatpins for decorating cards... I hope that's enough ideas!
