Default Compassionate Cards November Mission

Hi Everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this post! I am very
excited to get started with this Compassionate Cards mission. This month will be Still Someone recommended by Melissa known as The Saucy Stamper on the message board here at Splitcoaststampers. This organization delivers lap blankets as well as cards to seniors in need. For more information on this organization please visit them on their website at: http://www.stillsomeone.org

I think it would really help boost their moral to know that a complete stranger thought about them and made them a card just for encouragement and hope. I hope that you will join me in this important cause.

There are no restrictions for your card donations. Anything that you can do
to help and encourage would be much appreciated. Some ideas for the cards would be: Hello, Hi, Thinking of you, Thank you, Wishing you all the best, Greetings, Warm Wishes, Let Your Light Shine, Smile, Happy Birthday, and Get Well. Please leave them blank inside. I have a pre-printed message that I place inside each card. Please try and send an envelope along with your card, if possible.

I'll be sure and update how many cards we have donated. Feel free to
post a link to the cards that you have made so we can all see your work! :0)

Please have your cards to me no later than November 30th.

Send them to this address:

Compassionate Cards
PO Box 1145
Gig Harbor , WA 98335

Please do not hesitate to ask questions. Thank you in advance to all
that can participate! I know they will appreciate them dearly. :0) Julie.

Default Received cards from Ruby in MN and Linda in WA

Thank you Ruby and Linda for your stunning card donations!
Ruby, Your cards are so precious. I love the tree with the swing in it. The little butterflies flying around the tree are priceless. Your cards are so pretty. Thank you! :0)

Linda- I love the colors you used in your cards. The grid background that you created is so unique. I love the snowman and the pretty green glitter paper with the trees for Christmas. The little reindeer card is so cute! How could you just not love the little guys?!! Thank you so much!

XOXO, Julie. :0)

Beverly thank you so much for the huge box of cards that you donated. It looks well over 100 and more like 200!!!! I will get a count this weekend and post the total. Thank you so much for all the cards that we have gathered so far this month. I love the variety... Christmas, Valentine's Day, Halloween for next year. So many wonderful cards! What a blessing! Thank you so much! XOXO, Julie. :0)

Julie,
I am shipping out my cards on Monday. My kids and I worked on the cards through all through November. I appreciate all of your hard work with Cards for a Cause! If I counted correctly, there are 378 cards in the box. All cards were created from items donated for my card making misson. A few cards are on my blog.
