Hi Everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this post! I am very excited to get started with this month's mission. This month will be the Raphael House located in Oregon which assists domestic violence victims. To learn more about this month�s mission, please visit their website at:

It would really help boost their moral to know that a complete stranger thought about them and made them a card just for encouragement and thoughtfulness. I hope that you will join me in this important cause.

Anything that you can do to help and encourage would be much appreciated. Some ideas for the cards would be: Hello, Hi, Thinking of you, Thank you, Thinking of You, Warm Wishes, Let Your Light Shine, Smile, and Happy Birthday. Please try and send an envelope along with your card, if possible.

I'll be sure and update how many cards we have donated. Feel free to post a link so we can see what you made. :0)

Hi Jean- The shelter is for battered women so please make the cards for women and children. The age of the children varies so you can make anything from young to teenagers. Please leave the inside of the card blank as I put a message in each one. Feel free to sign the back or write your blog address on the back. Sincerely, Julie. :0)

Hi Ladies!! I am so excited to tell you that our totals have changed. I recieved three more packages of cards today from Janet in NY, Kathy in Ft. Worth TX, and Jean in Litchfield, MN bringing our new total to 233!!! Since it was the holiday season and the cards too longer to arrive I am going to do a video with your cards as well and post them to include them in this month.
