DESCRIPTION: “For more than 40 years, Hospice of St. Francis has served Brevard County as a compassionate provider of hospice services. Over time, our organization has developed expertise and services across all stages of end of life care, from pre-hospice to post-hospice. Our organization’s scope of services has progressed to include a non-hospice palliative care program for individuals coping with serious illness, and a robust grief support program including extensive program offerings for both adults and children. As a service to our beloved community, our organization also provides large-scale community memorial services, a pet placement program for hospice patients, and specialized programming in support of our large population of veterans. In honor of our legacy, and to inspire our future, we have carefully chosen the name St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care as a reflection of our broad scope of compassionate care, service and commitment to our community.”
TYPE OF CARDS REQUESTED:Any and all cards are welcome! The sky is the limit – any Holidays, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Thinking of You, etc. You are only limited by your imagination!
SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS:There are no restrictions, however using a light color cardstock or paper insert inside the card is helpful for the patients to be able to see clearly.
GUIDELINES:Please keep in mind, we are representing SCS by sending our cards each month. Recycling is always good, but only use products on your cards that you would like to receive on cards. Also, our card donations are not tax deductible and it is not required. Please do not ask for a receipt. There have been groups that will send thank you's but the "referred by" person keeps us informed and passes on the thank you's. Most of these organizations are volunteers and spend countless hours helping others, let's help make their jobs easier and bless them in helping others.
