Where are all of you...have you abandoned me? I got things going again, and I finished the first 100 by the end of 2007, with 10 minutes or so to spare!! Who knows when I will be caught up to the current ones!!! It's fun and a challenge.

OK. I remember seeing this thread some time back and thinking I might do this some day. Well, I have hardly had time to put ink to paper for a few months. Now I need to get going again and lo-and-behold here is this thread again. Therefore, I think I am going to give it a whirl. Now...off to stamp.

I am really loving the sketch challenges. I didn't think that I would. But after doing one about 2 weeks ago, it really takes the guesswork out of a card and I can zip through one in like an hour! So, with that in mind, perhaps I'll start at 1 and work my way up! It would be nice to go through all the sketches when I'm out of ideas. What a great idea! Thanks for the idea NaBush!

When I first started on SCS in July I printed the list of sketches. I think this is a wonderful time to start with this endeavor, count me in! Thanks for starting this thread and being a motivator!

I am not doing them in any particular order, but I am making a note of which ones I have completed, by printing off the master list and writing "done" next to them! Wow - how sad am I! I set myself the chalenge to use a sketch for each of my CCC08 cards - so far I have used SC22, SC50 and SC68! Here they are:

SC22: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...&ppuser=144763

SC50: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...&ppuser=144763

SC68: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...&ppuser=144763

Thanks for looking!

Elyce...you're not sad at all...it's only the second day into the new year, and you already have at least 3 Christmas cards done for next year!!! Good for you! I also like to combine with other challenges like the limited supply and color combo ones!

Keep going!!

Smile sketch challenge challenge

I also have printed off the 155 sketch challenges and my goal for 2008 is complete 3 each week....Which--should see me finish all of them....And only be behind for the ones posted new in 2008---lets see--if I didn't go to work one day each week, I might be able to do three + the new one for the week. Wonder if the boss would catch on-----gotta stay employed to pay for my stampin habit.

I need a resolution that I stand a chance of keeping! so I'll join in and play if that is ok. I'll have a search about for the list and try to stay focused and start with #1 - but I do have a habit of avoiding things if I think they are too hard so will need you all to keep me on track please.

Annie...I kept trying and trying to stay in order, but if you can't no biggie. Sometimes jumping around a bit keeps things more interesting! Have you printed out all the sketches? I keep mine in a notebook with clear sleeves so that I can see them all!

I like the idea of a challenge of challenges!! As I have read through the posts - one of the things that hit me was - no one has posted about doing the challenge of the week AND one or two of the past ones. I would think that if we did the current challenge and then went back to one of the past ones that it wouldn't take forever before we would have all done these. I have also printed out the challenges - though I am just a few behind - catching up on that today. Another idea with catching up on the challenges is to categorize them - for instance - if we are doing this weeks challenge, which I think is with a circle - then go back and find 2 or 3 past challenges that used a circle and do those - we would already have circle stuff out - so it would seem it would work. I also look at the color challenges - and have considered catching up on those too - the other challenges are just TOO daunting - if I can 'sketch in color' (like the play on words?) then I am doing ok.

Yes I found the thread with the sketch documents and have managed to save them to my hard drive so I can print them gradually - hubby would have a fit if I did them all at once on his photo-printer! I've only printed off the first couple of pages in draft to save coloured ink, but it's clear enough for me to see what's what and I can then take a look at the gallery for more inspiration. I'll be sticking to numerical order as it's less to think about, plus I have other challenges to do for my blog as well so hopefully it will be easier to keep track.

Laura, your card is gorgeous!! Glad you are here to play along...

And, I think I will start doing the current one and the older ones also! I was doing that for a time, but I got in the zone and dropped off!

I decided to jump in and try this challenge too. I am going to do the present card sketch and at least one card sketch from the past each week. I have done sc155 and sc156. So I am starting with this weeks and Then Number 1 from the past list. I will let you know when I am done. Thanks for such a neat idea for a challenge.

Hi Annie,
Hopefully in the next week or two we can make it to the double digits!

Nancy (nabush),
Thanks for starting this thread. You have given me something to obsess over...I mean someplace to turn for inspiration when I am feeling creatively stumped...yeah, that's it, I'm not obsessing...really.

Stamp on girls!
