Here is mine. Actually it is the second one I did - I won't post it because there is so little contrast it will not show up. I really like the sketch but had to work at it as I tried to use patterned (one-sided) paper that did not work so well.
Thanks Roxi, for the comment, and thanks to everyone for looking.
I really loved this challenge! Here's my first card, which I will use as a M&T at a workshop this Friday. I'm hoping this card will "wow" the workshop guests. I just uploaded so these may still be pending. Thanks for looking!
This is my second card for this week's challenge. I really wanted to use the recollections paper for this sketch, but since it's not really sturdy enough, I ended up lining it with Very vanilla, except on the part that shows in the front of the card, which I stamped with linen and burst into bloom and the softened by watercoloring with an aquapainter. I think it comes pretty close to looking like the recollections paper.
This was such an awesome challenge! I will be using this layout often! Thanks for looking!
OmG what a darling card. The hoiday hello with the snowman. I loved it. I am new to the board and have been lurking. I dont have a lot of stamps but love making cards with everything. Die cuts, stickers etc... etc... want to learn to stamp but dont feel I am very good at it so I am looking to you wonderful ladies for inspiration.
I have had the toughest time getting SCS to show me any gallery images since yesterday! I finally got it going this morning, so I got my act together and made a card for this challenge! Too fun! I love this layout. Used a truck I had leftover from another card . . . now it has a home!
