Splitcoaststampers.com - the world's #1 papercrafting community
You're currently viewing Splitcoaststampers as a GUEST. We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but guests have limited access to some of our incredible artwork, our lively forums and other super cool features of the site! You can join our incredible papercrafting community at NO COST. So what are you waiting for?
Keywords: SC297 No spaces between letters and numbers, put a comma followed by a space between keywords. The keywords are all you need to have your card show up in the challenge gallery, having it in the keyword line covers more searches. Posting to this thread is not mandatory to play!
No due date for posting your card to any weekly challenge.
***************************** What is the Sketch Challenge: in Andrea’s words from SC08 (Andrea is the founder of the challenge): "You take the sketch I provided and use any stamp set, any accessory, and any kind of paper to make a card. So all of the cards have the same basic layout, but they all look very different." -It is fine to flip the sketch, change panel sizes, shapes, card size and border as you wish (unless stated in the write up for the week), a little tweaking is fine but let’s see those main elements of the posted layout please. (The numbers and colors are requested from players so it's easier to read the layout, it means nothing towards colors used or number of borders when creating your project.)
*************************
There will be two different guest hostesses for the next two weeks so that means the thread may not be a sticky and posted at a different time.
Also the files in the master thead and the layout to the gallery may not be updated until after the 22nd.
You can find measurements in my card description linked in post #2. Open the link and they will be at the top of the description. OR The attachment will print out to actual size of an A2 card for most computers. A2 is 4.25 x 5.5 inches. Printing directions are in the Master Thread linked above.

Love the look of this one - will set to this evening - but off out with my stepson for the day & that is one of those things that comes before stamping.
We are heading out on the road this a.m. - I have used up all of my "free time" this morning - hope I have a chance to look at the gallery and comment later.

Great sketch - I was hoping for a nice big panel .
My hayfever is terrible and half the time my eye is running, but I really enjoyed this - The Real Deal
Here is my first card with this sketch. I did turn it to use the premade panel I had. Thanks to my friend Lyn for showing me how to make the batik panel for this card. Thank you, Roxie, for being an awesome hostess to us every week.
My coloring looks like a 3 yr old did it! :frown: I think I used the backside of my watercolor paper and didn't realize the colors would soak in and not blend like normal...sigh.
I've done my Quiklutz die-cut... finally, after buying it on clearance after Halloween last year. Really looking forward to receiving the Dark and Dreary set from SU! http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...361?&cat=11099
