Sketch Challenge 21
REMINDER: Please use
SC21 in your keywords box when you upload your card so that we will all be able to find it later!
Master Thread
THis week's inspiration card and sketch was done by one of our Sketch Challenge "regulars"!! I loved the layout and great use of background stamps on the inspiration card done by
Julia S . Here is a link to her fabulous card:
Hope you all have fun with this week's sketch!
Gallery Submissions
Below is my sketch based on Julia's card.
To print this layout: - (nc means no color) If you see a small layout click on it or if you see an icon click on the words next to it.
-When the black surround screen appears click only on the layout and a white screen with the layout should appear.
-Right click and click on print from the pop up box or hold down your shift key and P key at the same time.
-Now you're ready to choose print and it should print to actual size of the card depending on your computer.

I had a bit more trouble with this sketch, it didn't really inspire alot of creative adaptation on my part. That said however, I
love the layout and am quite happy with how my card turned out. I think this would be a great layout to use for a workshop because it is so simple, yet so striking!

Oh Wow! I'm very flattered you picked my card. I didn't see this until this morning so I haven't had time to make another one. Hopefully I will get time when I get home from the hospital this afternoon. I did make one other card with this design though which is actually my favorite. Here is the link in case you want to check it out.

I checked out the other cards that have already been posted by this morning. Very cool. Love them all!

I'm surprisingly not tired after teaching a Faux Oil Painting class last night!
Its been awhile since participating but I miss not doing these-- so I'm back!
I love my Prismacolors and Gamsol. The effect is so beautiful, I may never go back to my SU watercolor pencils again!

Here's my card for this week's sketch. Definitely not a normal color combo for me, but it seems to work!
