I really struggled with this challenge. Because of the length of the image, I had to keep cutting down and changing the layout. But I finally got it right, and uploaded. I'm not sure I'm really crazy about it. And I think it's actually the choice of papers. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...746732?cat=531

Thanks for the challenge. It took me longer to make this card than I anticipated. I tried my hand at the faux pergamano technique. I can't imagine the time that people put into the real thing. The photo doesn't show how sparkly this card is.
Let me know what you think about my card.
Here is my card: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...079&perpage=48
Haven't done any challenges in a long time but came to the challenges for inspiration on a card layout for my DH's christmas card and this fit the bill along with this week's color challenge. That's what I love about this site. Here's what I came up with for both challenges. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...0&ppuser=46645
Thanks for looking!
I have been watching the sketch challenge faithfully, but have not had time to join in until now. I saw a card in the gallery for this sketch made by Faith and it really caught my eye. So, I did my best to recreate it.
I do have some issues with the main image though. Who ever heard of a snowman taking a bath? Maybe that would work if it was a tub of ice lol!!
Loved all the wonderful cards I have seen using this sketch and would have loved to play sooner! Work and school do not normally permit stamping time! I'll be so glad to graduate in 18 months!!! Long story short, here's mine... http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...0&ppuser=21706
