Ok Sherry - I finally did it. And I must say, I LOVE my card!! I used the retired set - Sketch an Event. I took the easy road and used Black and white, with a splash of red. And had a great time coming up with an original card!!

Here is mine! I am late this time with it, unusual for me! I wanted to do one totally original and after I uploaded it to the right stamp set section I saw another one using the same stamp for this challenge. What can you do?! This was a fun challenge http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...0&ppuser=28041

Ok. Here's mine. I combined the card sketch and color challenge. I'm not really thrilled with it. I wish I had background stamps to help jazz it up a bit. Guess that better be on my next order!
Does anybody recognize the frog stamp? I can't remember the name of the stamp set. It just retired last year. It's part of a set that has the cow, references a floral moo moo, sardines, etc. I couldn't remember but would like to put it in the right gallery! Please pm me if you know!
Great sketch, loved it and will definitely use it again, thanks Roxie!
Well, a simple card like this shouldn't have caused me so much grief - I warped my cutting pad, singed my CS, cut my finger, got a big inky smear on my card blank and finally couldn't get the 'hi' die cut to stick. I WON'T be making any more cards today!

Ok, this was another fun one. I used the melted crayone technique to make my background. I then punched my diamonds with the ticket punch. Lost of stuff going on, may look too busy, but I like it.
Okay, here goes. I combined the sketch challenge with the color challenge. Not sure I am crazy about the certain celery with the other colors, but I think that little bird is cute from the very punny set.
