I needed a couple of birthday cards for friends. and this sketch worked out great. I wanted to use the cow image which is too large for a traditional size card, so I adapted the sketch for 5x7. Thanks for looking

And thanks to Rox and Toy for the great challenge. I found out that I am measuring and cutting challenged when it comes to so many pieces! LOL! But it makes for a beautiful card. I have been buying more DP than usual, and wanted to use some of it - great opportunity here.
This is my first ever attempt at the challenges ... I combined this weeks color challenge with the Sketch Challenge. It was a lot of fun to do, and I hope to be able to join in more frequently!!

When I saw this sketch this morning I thought "That's easy! What fun that will be!" Then I sat down to do it. I think my creativity went on vacation after vsn. It took me 3 tries to get something I'd even think of posting. I do love the sketch though!!

Dishes are in the sink, laundry needs folding and I have to pack for a scrap weekend and I am still making cards. Hmmm....good thing no one is home to monitor me today
