AndreaSophie is probably with her grandma, so I thought I'd upload a fake [edit: now it is real! LOL!] sketch for the week. Please be thinking of her this week.
To print this layout: - (nc means no color) If you see a small layout click on it or if you see an icon click on the words next to it.
-When the black surround screen appears click only on the layout and a white screen with the layout should appear.
-Right click and click on print from the pop up box or hold down your shift key and P key at the same time.
-Now you're ready to choose print and it should print to actual size of the card depending on your computer.
Thanks so much for thinking of me =) I appreciate it very much! Lets consider this the REAL SC49 Great job Kimberly!
Things are getting a little better. The doctors are shooting for a release date of Next Friday so Asela said she would post next week's challenge so you'll get that on time ;) Anyway, hopefully after that things will be sort of back to normal. She doesn't want to go into assisted living yet but she is just not strong enough to be able to totally take care of herself any more. And, she is afraid of having someone she doesn't know come take care of her. Sooo, it looks like starting next week everyone in my family will be taking an evening or two a week and going over to do things she needs done like cook dinner and any shopping or cleaning she needs as well as just "hanging out" with her.
AGain I apologize for not keeping up with this for you guys :( I thought it was like Tuesday today  until someone on the news said it was Friday. I have been taking a lot of time off work so I don't have that any more to keep me in reality LOL and remind me of what day it is
Andrea, you have more important stuff to do than worry about the card sketches!!! Take care of family first....we will all survive....for a little while anyway! HUGS AND SMILES!
Keri
Andrea - my thoughts and prayers are with you and your Grandma. We recently had to make similar decisions with my grandmother so I know how difficult this time is.
Kimberley - thanks for stepping in and offering a sketch!
Oh, I can play tomorrow, as the workshop planned for my house is cancelled cause we are under a foot of snow, and can't see out the window...when life throws snowballs....MAKE CARDS...shovelling out in Ontario...Rebecca

Andrea - thanks for the update! Absolutley no need to apologize to us!! Don't even worry about it. We do so appreciate you posting the challenges, but we totally understand what you are going through. I have a similar situation in my family in fact.
Kim thanks for posting. I've been thinking about doing it for the past couple of days. So glad you took the initiative! I'll try to play later.
Andrea, my thoughts are with you and your family. Don't worry about us and the SC! Family comes first, and there are plenty of us that will cover for ya. Don't forget to take care of YOU right now too, sweetie.
Thanks, Kimberly, for posting the SC this week. what a fun inspiration card!
Here are two I made yesterday afternoon. The striped card was SO super fast & I loved making the Country Pleasures card with the Cracked Glass technique! I really enjoy this sketch & have several more cards that I sketched out on scrap paper, but haven't had a chance to make- yet.

I'm catching up on my challenges. I managed to do 3 challenges with this card I didn't have an oval that small (and I haven't ordered label classics yet, but it is on my list -- love that set), so I used a small circle punch...I might use a vellum tag instead next time; still like how it turned out though.
