I am doing a school project to raise funds and send cards to those in need... I work with 6th graders in a very high risk area -violence, gangs, poverty, shelter living etc- - we are trying to teach the value of giving back... they have a VERY hard time with this... I have been so successful with this we are combining efforts with the high school and it should be so rewarding for these kids! I hope you can help!
I could use some fronts or full cards.. (even extra supplies) Please let me know if you can help- I made a ton and used the ones I got from a while back... and have NONE left.. We want to get these going for holiday mailing ASAP! They can be ANY theme.
WOW I see there are also lots of requests in this forum.. I hope its not too late.. seems like so many others are requesting for various reasons as well..

So glad I came across your post. I was cleaning my craftroom AGAIN and came across a box of Christmas cards from a church fair I did last year. I would be happy to send you a bunch of holiday cards. As these were cards I was selling I think the backs are stamped with my name so it may just be fronts that I have for you. If that's the case I'll see what I can do to provide bases for them. I have a pretty hefty supply of retired card stock. I'll get them together tomorrow and put them in the mail to you on Friday!

Do you still need cards? What types are you looking for? I use to be part of several different card making groups and have tons of cards and card fronts that I need to clear out of my stamp room
Hello- YES YES YES we need them.. We can use any kind.. we send them all- any saying-color- layering etc.. fronts- full cards.. whatever- we are grateful! Thanks so much for contacting me!

Ok I have two photo boxes worth to send you - hopefully there will be some you can use. A lot of them are from beginner stampers with limited supplies. I use to add my own touches to them, but I just have way too many! Some are usable as is.....

Haha you should have seen me packing them up at the post office . I'm glad you can use them and hope they will bring joy to the people you give them to.
I wanted to give an update as to how this project is going. The kids are making me cry just about every day with the way they are responding! They have fully embraced this project as they do every year. Each year the kids come to my class and ask about this project because those that had me the year prior brag about doing it. Just the other day we got a thank you card from a soldiers family.. (it was one that we sent in a car package) and this made the kids so happy! I thank everyone who has particpated! Your generosity is truly overwhelming! I simply cannot thank you enough! We are continuing this project until we no longer have supporters! I thank you all again! These are kids that would never know the beauty of giving back- until now!
Hello everyone.. I want to make one last plea for this years group for cards or card fronts.. My SCS family has been so supportive and I cannot tell you how many lives you have changed.. We are going strong and are going to coninue right up until the end of the year and then of course with next years group. We can still use ANY and ALL card fronts or cards- any sentiment or holiday- doesnt matter..
