I'm not sure if this is ok to post, so I guess a mod will let me know...

I'm starting to read the whole saga again. I loaned my copy of Twilight to my mom so I'm reading New Moon again. I just love this series!! I'm not exactly sure...but I do have the color combo I think. I'm going to use: Elegant Eggplant, Lavender Lace and Almost Amethyst. Or, it may be Elegant Eggplant, Lovely Lilac, and *something*. I saw a combo similar to this on screen at church and it just struck me as "Twilight". I know, weird. lol!! Too bad we don't have some really cool cars. It'd be neat to do the Cullen cars. Any ideas?

I was thinking about using the Loads of Love Truck for Bella.

I am playing around with the idea to make something that looks like the covers of the books. Or maybe Bella's bracelet...

Hey Twilighters -- just wanted to drop in and say hi! I am loving all of the Twilight presence on SCS (thanks to stampvamp, right?). I am re-reading the series right now as well -- although really, I just keep reading Twilight. That is the one with the most OME!, which is what I want to read about!

What is the Unity stamp that is referenced above -- is this Twilight-related too?

Hey Twilighters! I just came across some GREAT new photos from Twilight and thought I'd share. You have got to see these - finally some photos that do Robert Pattinson justice! (So many of the photos don't.) Look for the one with Edward and Bella dancing -- sigh. There are also shots of him laughing, smiling, looking intense - great stuff! Stampvamp, if you want to change to have the same photo in our avatars, feel free -- team Edward has to stick together! Mine came from the link that I posted above. And just WAIT until you see these new photos! You'll have to report back with your impressions. Also, I checked out your Twilight Tuesday challenge and wanted to do it, but I couldn't think of the FIRST THING to do that was high school-related. I guess I put that stuff too far behind me! Reading the books did bring me back, though.

There is so much unsaid in that picture that I totally understand. They nailed that one. The one where he is standing by the door...TOTAL swoon!! The one by the car, I love the intensity of his face. I love them all!!

I don't like his spikey hair though because in the book, that's not how he is described. But he does a great job with his looks like I imagine Edward does in the book.

I picked up Twilight (book 1) about a month ago, not really knowing anything about the series, read all four books cover to cover- they are so good! I am really excited about the Twilight movie(s)- I think all the actors are a perfect fit (I've seen Kristen Stewart in a few other movies and she truly is one of the best young actresses out there right now, and RPattz/Spunk Ransom is totally awesome as Edward) including all the Cullens. You all should check out MTV.com, they have an entire section dedicated to the Twilight movie with all kinds of interviews with the actors, director and Stephenie Meyer.

Oh my goodness, thriftmau, you called him SPUNK RANSOM!! I totally know the reference; I've seen that clip. Robert Pattinson really seems to have a sense of humor about all of this, doesn't he? He'll need it since it's going to be total madness once that movie comes out! Like you, I read the four books in about 10 days -- I don't know where I found the time!

I felt really hopeful about the movie seeing those new photos -- it just looks a lot like the way I imagined it while reading the book.

And stampvamp, thank you so much for your kind comments! I'm relatively new to this and nice words like that go A LONG WAY to keep me encouraged. I'm sure that's true for all of us, though.

So, is it okay that we're discussing this non-stamping stuff in this forum?

Rob's sense of humor is so GREAT! It certainly is "madness"- but I'm gleefully a part of it!

I think Rob and Kristen have such a great chemistry, in the film trailers and all the interviews I've seen with them together. I am definitely on TEAM EDWARD! Kellan Lutz (Emmett) and Jackson Rathbone (Jasper) are keeping me in stitches- they are perfect for the parts!

I'm actually on my second go around of the series, almost finished w/ Eclipse, hopefully will be finished with Breaking Dawn before next weekend!

I'm with you on that, thriftmau, I like the madness too! I'm in the middle of round three of the books (I'm on New Moon right now), although I've only read Breaking Dawn once.

I just saw that you have yet to start a gallery (I just tried to visit, to comment). You'll have to let us know when you start! I'm always delighted to see comments on my cards, and I love leaving them for others as well!

Call me crazy, but I think I'm converting to Team James. He's irresistable when he says "Oh, you brought a snack." And those abs! Those are the abs that Rob needs to have for the meadow scene. LOL

Yes, I think it's best that Rob remain fully clothed in this movie. I hate that, because the Edward in my mind doesn't always stay fully clothed (especially when I think about the scene in Bella's bedroom before Edward goes off for his bachelor party--shirtless <drool>). Rob's body just can't compete with the mental image all of us perverted women have for Edward, though. Maybe if sequels are made, Rob can buff up for us. If not, I'll settle for the actor playing Jacob getting buff (and a few years older so I don't feel guilty). Jacob is the centerpiece of New Moon, anyway. That gives Rob plenty of time to get a hunky vampire bod like James/Cam's.

43 days! It will be more like 44 days for me, though, because I'm going to see it that Friday night (even if there is a midnight showing) with a bunch of women I work with. We're already excited about it.

I am so glad they kept the prom scene in the movie and that now Jacob is going to be in it, that really sets up the next movie- New Moon.

I started reading the books less than a month ago and am reading Breaking Dawn right now! Love em, Love em, Love em!!! I restrained myself from looking at any trailers until I was finished with the first book. Low and behold Edward and Bella are just as I imagined!

Read on Twilighters, it gets even better!!

I love your Wally -- what a handsome boy! That is really cool that once you finally saw the actors in the movie, that they worked for you. I read all four books after they had been cast, so I had them in mind the whole time. I wonder how it would have been different if I had read the books earlier?
