I've had my blog for a while now (5 years), and it's about time for a makeover. I've sent emails to two gals who are "well-known" for their work on blogs and I never heard back from them.
How do I find someone - REPUTABLE - who will work on my blog to upgrade it and give me a nice banner, watermarks, etc...???
