Exclamation NEW Group Forming! The Works of Our Hands Bloggers!

Hello, SCSers! I would like to start a new blogging group for christian bloggers who are paper crafters, but also blog about the other crafts and hobbies they are interested in. That's why I've chosen the name "The Works of Our Hands Blogging Group"!

Psalm 90:17 says "May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish the work of our hands for us- yes, establish the work of our hands." It seems like a fitting verse for us crafty people, doesn't it?

This may be the group for you if:

* You love the Lord!
* You love paper crafts! (card making, scrap books, journals, etc.)
* You love other crafts such as sewing, quilting, needle art (cross stitch, embroidery, punch needle, etc.), painting, you name it!
* You have any fun hobby (soap making, jewelry making, candle making, gardening, etc.)
* You are a house nester who loves to decorate, bake, cook, or share recipes!

So basically, if you love the Lord and love to work with your hands, this could be the group for you!

Here are the basic requirements:

*You must have an active blog where you post at least weekly, if not several times a week.

*You must be willing to take the time to visit the other blogs of the members of this group at least once a week, leaving your comments, encouragement, and love!

*You must participate in monthly challenges that are chosen for this group.

*You must link to all the bloggers of this group on your own blog.

*You must check in on this thread frequently to participate in the fellowship of fellow bloggers.

*You are encouraged to keep an active gallery here on SCS, and to participate in other SCS challenges, or the blog hops and challenges from other companies.

I would like to keep this group at an even 12 members. If you are interested, please send me a PM or drop me a message here on this thread. I will check back frequently! Holiday crafty season is already here, and I'd love to be inspired by other crafters out there in blogging world!

Blessings!

Over 200 views, and not a single inquiry? Was it something I said?

Perhaps this idea won't fly after all.

Mary Rose, this is such a good idea for a blog group! I'm impressed, and interested, if you'll have me. Truthfully, while I do love to dabble in other crafts, time restraints pretty much limit me to cardmaking, cooking, and home management............ along with a LOT of Christian volunteering (missions, women's ministry, etc.) So, if I don't fit your description, I totally understand and will not be hurt should you say, "Thanks, but no thanks".
