Inspiration challenge sounds like fun - I will certainly try to play along. At the moment I am flooded with ideas & creativity (not sure if this is because I am creating more often because of this challenge) and struggling to find the time (and energy) to execute the ideas bobbing around in my head. But it's a great idea, I'll be there as soon as I can be!

I feel like I've been gone for days. I poked through the 100in100 gallery last night, and I made the rounds on the blogs tonight. There are so many fantastic cards being made and wonderful causes being supported, I feel so inspired!

Amanda - Chemo Angels sounds like such a great cause. I love that they have Senior Angels too.

Francesca - Loving Two Tip Tuesdays! And the quote challenge is such a great idea. I haven't had a chance to play along yet, but I will soon.

Becky and Heather - Love the chairs and sofas! I'm totally inspired to do some chair stuff now.

I didn't even step foot in my studio yesterday, barely made it off the couch. My allergies have been bad for a couple of weeks and Monday afternoon I got hit with a sinus headache that kept me down all day yesterday also. I woke up this morning feeling a little better, so I am hopeful I can catch up on stuff around here so I can get some playtime in. I'm off to check out the gallery!

Thanks to those who are commenting on my cards. I am having issues with internet reception this summer - it is so slow, and I have to reconnect often - because of our RV travels, we use a Verizon air card, and right now we are in a fringe area. I will check out your cards when reception is faster!

Mindy- what a great idea! Am I too late? When did your 100 days begin? (sorry if this was posted...I didn't read the entire last 5 pages).

LaLatty - it begins when you want to begin. Pick a date and get stampin'!

Some folks started in May, but I waited until June 1. This weekend I plan on stamping a nice stack of cards to hold me for a few days. The goal is to use your stash, not buy new in order to complete 100 cards in 100 days. They can be dupliaces, swaps, cards for troops, cards to sell, cards to keep, whatever. I also plan to do a couple of scrapbook pags in place of cards as I progress.

good luck!

Thanks Mindy! Count me in and I would love to be added to your list! What a great idea! Hubby was just telling me the other day that I have to use more of the stamps I have. He said...there is no way I used all my stamp sets. He was right, but I wasn't about to tell him that! I won't be placing any more SU orders for awhile so I'm good with using my stash

Hope you feel better soon! Allergies were bad here too. It seems like they've finally subsided these last two weeks or so.

I hope you're jotting your ideas in a notebook, so you don't lose them later when you have time to create!

When I get home from work, I'm trying to match papers with cardstock, sorta like mini card kits. It takes me a while to think of what I want to make. I think I might have to start CASEing y'all. LOL

Welcome Patty! And thanks Nat, I am feeling a little better. My biggest problem is that I get very drowsy from the meds. I usually only take them at night and even then I wake up with a meds hangover, lol! I did finish two cards yesterday and actually got them uploaded here and on my blog. I have two cards planned for today, but have some housework to catch up on first.

OK well inspired by Amanda I have started an OSW. I am 6/10 done. Not sure it's for me, but I think I will use the template one more time for Christmas cards. I just feel like I'm killing myself trying to jazz cards I don't even like up, IYKWIM?

Oh well I'm getting through lots of the odd bits & bobs in my random supplies drawer!

Hello all, I have just posted #32/100 in my gallery and on my blog, I can't believe I am almost 1/3 done! I have used up quite a bit of my oops, leftovers and scraps, so now it is time to use up some of my paper stash. I have several card sketches in my gallery that are dp intensive, so I will be using those sketches for the next couple of days. I hope you all have a productive weekend!

Tricia - I L-O-V-E your cards so much! How do you sew on them and have the ends of your stitching hidden? I always end up with this long tail on top and bottom and if I trim it tight, it unravels so I just tie it or wrap it around an edge and it's not so cute.

Yes, it's Mindy. I finished 7 cards today and have blog posts stacked and ready to go. I need to do another 5 or 6 to cover me while I am out of town towards the end of this week.

It's been interesting digging through my stash for this project. I probably have enough stuff for all of you do to the entire thing without purchasing anything new

I pulled about 5 lbs of 12"x12" cardstock and shoe box overflowing with embellishments that I will never use. So, it's off to eBay to see if I can convince anyone that they need more stuff in their stash!

I have 7 projects done so far. A few days behind, but I have an "order" from a co-worker that should catch me up pretty soon

I will get projects 6 and 7 posted to the gallery probably tomorrow evening!

Question

Please help me figure out how to upload an image to my gallery. I've never done it before. Do I need to choose a category and, if so, which one. Step by step instructions please and thanks.
************************
Thanks to everyone who sent me PM's helping me figure this out. My cards are now uploaded to my gallery.

This summer we will have weekly craft sales at our RV resort - we come here every summer and have a lot of friends here. In the past I have done well to have 40-50 cards in my selection. Sat. I had close to 100 so I thought I was well set for the summer. with adding 1-2 a day. Well, I am at 58 now. So I had a great day - but need to work to fill in gaps.

Hi Mindy, I'd love to play along too! I love the idea and the inspiration of doing the 100 cards in 100 days! I'm seeing a blog role on your site and a couple others so if people would like to add mine, I think thats fun!
(if someone would help me with my blog to put one on my sidebar, I'd love to! and also that fun badge!)
Thanks for creating such a fun community of card making buddies!

So yesterday evening I was too tired to craft anymore, I had already made 2 cards!! Plus cleaned the house and did wash so I decided to organize my envelope boxes. Yes, I have 2. One for big envelopes and one for A2 and smaller. I put them all in order by size and I can't believe how many different sized ones I have. I can't remember where I even got them from. I don't think I bought them, especially not the big ones.

So I had a thought, why not make all different sized cards to use those up? Some are probably so old that they may not even stick anymore, which is ok since I bought the SU envelope glue 4 years ago when I was thinking I would be super crafty and make all my own envelopes.

I am 4 cards in to the challenge, but the biggest thing for me is not buying anything, so far so good!!

You are so sweet, Mindy! Here's the trick to hiding the end of your stitching. When you finish stitching turn your card over and pull on the tail of the thread in the back. You'll see that it will sort of loosen the thread that is holding it there. If you pull on that thread (the one you just loosened by pulling on the back tail) the one from the front will pull through to the back and you can just apply your adhesive over it to keep it there. Do some experimenting and see if you can get it to work! : ) I actually use my nice sewing machine to do all my stitching. I use to do a lot of quilting - not so much now because it hurts my shoulders - so I have a pretty decent Brother sewing machine that I love.

I'm on card 16 today in the challenge. YAY!! I haven't bought anything, but I did win both a set from Sweet n Sassy and a $10 gc from My Favorite Things in their recent release parties. I'll choose my Sweet n Sassy set this morning, and I'm saving the gc to spend on a stamp set ($9... so I'll have to pay a little for shipping it) once I finish 25 cards.

I love this challenge!

Good for you with your organizing! I use to have tons of envelopes on hand when I was an SU demo, but I don't anymore. I miss the SU quality when I use my WalMart envelopes, but most of the time I think... "It's just an envelope that they will throw away..." I think for Christmas gifts I might order some nice envelopes to use, though!

Oh 'eck... just seen the new Holiday "Mini" from SU! and it's epic. So I need to keep up the pace, but somehow I've been mega busy the last few days. I am going over to a friend's to stamp now so I am hoping to kick it up a notch.

Little Leo looks safe to sleep for a coupla hours so fingers crossed.

I have heaps of envies too, had a lot given to me kindly when I did a call out years ago to make Bag-a-lopes. I had so many, I found another neat project where you cut off the end of the envelop, stamp up a pretty image, crimp the envelop, add any extra embellishments and then slide a 'tag' into it. Clearing out one corner of my room the other day, that project fell out of one pile...it really is qutie pretty, little belly band on it from the cut end of the envelop with ribbon tied around that.
I guess part of my challenge better be sending away some of the cards I make LOL!
I made my first card last night and posted it this morning after taking a photo!
Yay to Mindy for starting this "Movement"!!

I took some time today to visit some of your blogs. I'll try to visit some more later tonight. I saw a list of our blogs on Tricia's blog, what a great idea! I know Mindy has a list on her blog, but I didn't even think to put it on my blog too. Tonight I'll work on getting everyone's name added to my sidebar and I'll follow everyone too if I can (some of the blogs I didn't see a follow button).

Well I know I have some of us listed in my blog sidebar, but I think more have taken the challenge that aren't on my list. If you drop my my blog and don't see yours listed, go ahead and pm me so I can add you! I'm *horrible* at commenting, but I'd like to drop in on everyone at least occasionally!

Little Leo looks safe to sleep for a coupla hours so fingers crossed.
Is this a preview for demos, or is it out already??

No, the holiday catalog isn't out yet, but the demos are starting to receive theirs. Mine just arrived in the mail today I like the catalog, but I was hoping there would be more fall and Halloween items. There are some Halloween and fall things, but it's more Christmas items than I expected.

Forgot to say that the holiday catalog runs from August 1, 2012 January 2, 2013

I'm bad at commenting too, especially with 3 kiddos! I think I have everyone listed on my side bar now. If I missed anyone just let me know and I'll add your name. I think it's a great idea to list all of us because then I can just go down my list to visit your blogs and leave some comments.
