Ok who is ready to help us refresh and restart our group for 2011???? Our requirements for the group will stay the same however we are hoping for a lot more unity and "sisterhood." April and I love and adore each and every one of you and we are so happy you want to continue this journey with us. If at any time you need to contact either of us privately, please feel free to do.
Please, please super PLEASE review the requirements. I'm sure all of you are equally as busy as me and I would LOVE to not have to contact any of you to help keep up with the requiremtns.
The requirements:
1. First you must have a blog. Do you??
2. Next we ask that you post in your blog ATLEAST once a week. If you feel the crafty spirit hitting you hard feel free to post as many as you would like in a day or week. We understand "life" happens before SCS, Blogging, and Crafting so if you don't post a new blog for awhile check in with us so we know you are ok.
3. Please make sure everyone's blogs are added to your blog in a list on your sidebar. Check in with everyones blog atleast once a week. Leave them comments of encouragement!!
4. We will occasionally post card challenges for you to be a part of. We ask that everyone tries the challenge. This allows for great inspiration and allows your creative juices to flow.
5. Do you also scrapbook??? Great!! We would love to see your card and scrapbooking creations on your blog. If you alter items SHARE THEM WITH US.
6. On your blog feel free to offer, cards as gifts, techniques, etc.
7. Are you getting the drift yet?? Anything goes!! Have fun and get to know one another.
The idea behind this group is to offer great inspiration to eachother and develope some really great friendships. Offer up encouragment to each other and HAVE FUN!!!

Whoo hoo!!! I shot Nancy a PM asking her if we want to do the card kit swap thing again like we did last year. What do you guys think?
I love card kits! How would it work? There are 12 of us...is it possible to figure out a system so we send one kit out a month and alternate so that we wind up sending everyone one by the end of the year?! Did that make any sense at all?! LOL
Heheheee, yea that makes sense. Nancy organized a team deal last time, did you participate in that? I don't know if I can explain the exact details but bascially we were split on to two teams and each person on the two teams took turns sending kits to the girls on their team and we all made a card and post it on our blogs on the same date using the same card kit elements.
Sometimes I think it's because I take on too much but I like to keep busy. I think if I wasn't so darn busy at work it wouldn't be that way, like tonight, I sent some files home that I need to work on for a meeting on Thursday while I rather be crafting. After Thursday though it shouldn't be bad.
I know Leslie, I'm good at not bringing work home but I leave for work at 730am and until I pick the boys up from the sitters (or my mom's) and get home it's 700-730pm. Being gone from the house 12 (sometimes more) hours a day has me wiped out and not in crafting mood. This weekend I'm scrapbooking with one of my girlfriends on Saturday. She has not scrapped in over 2 years and wants to get jump started so I'm looking forward to maybe creating a few pages and relaxing.

I do that too when we watch tv in the evenings some times. It's really nice to have a colored stash! Card kits too

Aw how fun, this will be our 2nd Disney Cruise but the boys don't remember the first one (and I would like to forget it because the ex was awful to me on that vacation.)
